And will that hinder his agenda? As we know, he doesn't have a Filibuster proof Senate, and in fact, might not have 52 considering how McCain, Graham, Paul, Cruz and Rubio feel about him personally. And then there is McConnell who never really embraced a Trump Presidency. It seems to me between the relentless drip-drip of the Russian influence story and his problems with key Republicans in the Senate, Trumps ability to forward his agenda through legislation is limited.

No worries.
He has loaded up on Wallstreet guys and the stock market is gleeful. Investors are salivating over fat tax breaks. Good if you are a millionaire, if not, tough. Jobs are not coming back and pay is not going up because unions that protected your pay and benefits are the bad guys now. Medicare and SS will be slashed, sorry about that if you depend on it. Still economy will be good, if you are in Russia.

That's funny !!!
Russia is a communist country and liberals have so much in common with them if they had their way we would be a communist country too. For the last 28 years the communist party of the USA has supported every democrat presidential candidate.
The attempt to taint the Trump presidency by liberals and GOP members who don't like Trump is being voiced. Its also being rejected by those who voted for Trump and many of those who didn't are getting on the Trump Train in increasing numbers.
The old fearmongering predictions will not work so well today as they did in the past. Trump will put America first or he will be voted out but he will not be hurt by the fearmongering expressed in opinion and predictions.

Yes, the Russians helped him by putting out Hillary's emails. Regardless of him being as crooked as Hillary, we as a nation thought he was more trustworthy but in reality, he's a farce of that. If the Russians worked in caulusion with Trump, he is as done as Nixon. If not, he will still have this stink regardless of if it is true or not because he asked the Russians to find (a dog whistle to hack) her e-mails. Regardless if you are Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Green or independent, this is an embarrassment that our great nation elected another Nixon. One was bad enough.

when obama was elected president, the conservatives predicted doom and gloom as a result, and while obama has done nothing for the economy, it has moved forward slightly on its own. now the liberals are predicting doom and gloom with trump as president, the same thing happened with just about every president in my lifetime, and none of the bad things predicted ever came to pass.

Trump has already accomplished his mission in full: bring down the establishment party's two dynasty candidates in one fell swoop.

Bonus would be executive action to enforce immigration laws and management of certain treaties and foreign alliances (better to extricate ourselves).

He really does not need to pass any legislation.

... all the while globalization has already been retreating under the weight of its own contradictions, Obama or not, Trump or not.

We live and die by our own devices, under our own responsibility.

Possible but it isn't just based on economics but rather social issues too. Obama just put the thought of gun grabbing into the right-wing. Trump used racist and sexist rhetoric in his campaign and some of the supporters are even more worse than he is. The worst part is he doing the same crony capitalism he said Clinton would bring.

Russia is not a communist country. That ship left in 1991.

obama campaigned on gun control, the so called racist and sexist rhetoric by trump was pointed out by the democrats, or rather twisted by the democrats. granted trump did say somethings, but that made the democrats job easier. but lets look at the record shall we? if trump was such a sexist, why does he have women in positions of power in his company? and the only reason trump was accused of racism is because he wants to end ILLEGAL immigration.
