He thinks he can do whatever he wants and his supporters will blindly follow him, but he might be in for a surprise when he repeals the ACA, even among his supporters only fifty percent of them want it repealed, while the other half want it either scaled back, left intact,or expanded:

Next 4 years is make or break for republicans if Trump screw up the country worse than 1929 then republicans will almost die out for the next 20 years maybe longer. Democrats in 2 yr will win many seats when the republicans start the down spiral of the economy it will happen.

Hmmm...

Not catching the news lately?

You must be unaware of the fact that just last year a sitting Republican House Speaker was forced into early retirement because he, among other things, was willing to compromise with Democrats on Planned Parenthood funding.

The Republicans that you hope will join with Democrats to oppose Trump understand that he beat a field of seventeen other candidates because the voters despise DC insiders and believe Trump is the one best able to "drain the swamp".

These same DC insider Republicans also understand that if Speaker Boehner can be ****-canned, if seventeen well-positioned Republican candidates can have their ass handed to them by a guy with zero political experience, they too can find themselves in a very bad place.

Yeah sure, right up until trump wants to fund something that Congress does not want, guess who controls the purse strings.

It is one party ruling the country with Trump family members and billionaires controlling every aspect of America.
There is a midterm in 2018 so not necessarily 4 years.

Even if he does manage to privatize some things it will all be held in check after the midterms and reversed in four years anyway. The majority of people just don't want that no matter how loudly you righties scream that they do.
The 2018 map is looking very good for us.

And if we hold the reins in 2020....why, we control redistricting.

have fun being confined to four states.

What do you think is going to happen when the old people find out that his goal is to destroy Social Security and privatize Medicare? You think that's going to sit well with the base? Maybe YOU haven't read too much of the history of what happens to politicians who f*** with those two things. Cain ran on that platform and where is he today? Anybody know? Anybody? Yeah me neither.
