Can't wait to see that answer.
President Obama's administration has been remarkably free of scandals and ethical violations.

So filling a judgeship in a court that may see Trump litigation is going to require that Congress and press do thorough investigation of qualifications and impartial nature...
I wholeheartedly agree with this response & with your own insight into Mr. Trump's character &/or MO in another response - 'He is his own worst enemy.'

& if his words, behavior & actions toward the Judge in the Trump University fiasco are any indication of future interactions, he will continue in his unbecoming behavior - possibly leading into unbecoming President by his own hand. Frankly, it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

If you don't know of any ethical violations by Obama then I guess thst means there weren't any--because the GOP would have been happy to impeach him for them if there had been even a glimmer...

The judge appointed could/should recuse him/herself for any Trump cases--that is what Trump tried to force the judge hearing his Trump U case to do and he refused--twice--which caused Trump to call the judge's ethics into question---shame him to get him off case...didnt work
But Justices on Supreme Court who should have recused themselves on certain cases don't always follow that rule and you cant really ask a SCJ to rec

How do we know that the "two sources briefed on the talks" are telling the truth?

I heard from "a well-known insider who chooses to remain anonymous" that two sources briefed on the talks have a nasty habit of making **** up.

Facts showing that Trump is a medical miracle---two-faced and able to talk out of both sides at once...
In other words, he will say anything to win an election or make a deal...
Even suck uo to those "oh-so-bad" Chinese...

Another aspect of his greed interfering with likely policies and certainly his rhetoric...
And still no comment about illegal actions via his "charity/slush fund"

The Secret Service was caught in 2012 engaging with prostitutes during a trip to Cartegena, Columbia.

Clinton used a private email server. Just as Collin Powell did before her. Nearly all of Bush's top advisors used a private email server set up by the RNC.

Lower level IRS employees looked into newly-formed Tea Party groups to see if they qualified for non-profit status.

These are your scandals?

Please.

For the 1000th time, Powell didn't use a private server.

It was not against policy to use private e mail servers then.
