As long as Trump receives money from these various deals, whether he runs them, the kids do, or Kellyanne takes it on, it is a conflict of interest.

Trump and Guiliani maintain that he is exempt from the Office of Government Ethics’ rules preventing conflicts of interest.

"Attention has shifted to the Emoluments Clause, a relatively obscure section of the Constitution barring the chief executive from receiving gifts from foreign governments, which numerous experts say Trump might violate if his properties receive preferential treatment from other world leaders."

Donald Trump's Conflicts of Interest: A Crib Sheet - The Atlantic
He had already tried to take advantage of being prez-elect---
Remember Farage was asked to try to prevent the wind farms off Scottish coast which Trump hates cause they are visible from his golf course
He talked to prez of Venezuela about helping w/deal there that is hanging fire and having trouble...
And there could very well be others that we never heard about...
And plenty they have no intention of revealing because of the illegal nature...

So let see if I have this right.

You dems insist that the Clintons had no conflicts of interest when their Foundation received in excess of a hundred million dollars from groups that had matters before the State Department, and the Clintons personally received millions from these very same groups.

Now all of a sudden you are worried that Trump's children will run his businesses.

Sorry but it doesn't work that way, you can't insist that the Clintons had no conflict of interest, and then criticize Trump because you think he might have conflicts.

As far as the Presidency goes, he's been pleading the fifth, so to speak.

Although he may not be able to continue getting over on the Attorney General.

NYS AG Schneiderman's investigation into Trump Foundation is ongoing, Trump Foundation can no longer operate in NYS. Mr. Schneiderman was also instrumental in seeking justice for those snookered by Mr. Trump with his fraudulent 'University' scam.

Schneiderman could soon find himself the subject of an investigation.

Uh yeah, we all know how litigious is his middle name.

The President-elect can run but he can't hide.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Donald Trump cannot move ahead with his plan to dismantle his charitable foundation because state prosecutors are probing whether the president-elect personally benefited from its spending, the New York attorney general’s office said Tuesday.

“The Trump foundation is still under investigation by this office and cannot legally dissolve until that investigation is complete,” said Amy Spitalnick, spokeswoman for state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

It really wouldn't be all that hard to do. It's not like he runs a "global conglomerate on the order of Apple, General Electric or Berkshire Hathaway."

1) Sell off the licensing deals.
2) Sell twelve golf courses, two hotels, one resort, one building and liquidate a handful of real estate partnerships.

Done. Conflict of interest put to rest and he and his family can focus on what they say is truly important -- making America great.
No that's what he told you. When did he sell his golf courses. I have yet to hear about it. Have you heard. And how has he dissolved his many business dealings overseas. We don't really know. And why hasn't he shown his taxes. Is that not a red flag to you. What is he hiding.

This is already a settled issue.

And, you lost, get over it.
Typical grade school retort...

Going off all the information gathered, I feel Trump may not have a leg to stand on regarding the investigation.
