Let's get this straight. It's a mental illness because they only removed it due to social pressure, but the science that listed it as a mental illness in the first place is simply pseudo science anyway?

It is a pseudo science, not a real science that requires a strict verification, validation and replication of all results to establish the hypothesis. So no, it is not and has never been a "science" in that sense, even though it tries to appear as such by applying various scientific processes.
They first claimed it was a mental illness, then only changed such by social and political pressure. That is, they didn't even follow their own standards of so called "science" to remove it, they simply made up a bunch of crap and took it from the list.
The point is that it is not a surprise that an institution that never truly followed scientific process would succumb to anti-science methods by ruling via consensus and not a proper scientific method of evaluation.
You think you have an "I gotcha", but you really don't.
How could you not accept them? They didn't choose to be gay. They did nothing wrong. There's nothing inherently BAD with being born gay. You're a normal person like everyone else except for that one aspect of your instincts, one which causes no other issues or problems.

Less "I gotcha" more, where in the world are you coming from? You're simultaneously declaring your own basis for declaring something a mental illness pseudo science where it doesn't agree with you.

Um.. Why has LGBTXYZ ppl grown in recent years?? Because they see it on TV/Media and get brainwashed..
..so they CHOOSE IT against their nature.
With out LGBT propaganda, there wouldn't be so many ppl coming out...
