Israel exists as an in-road for the United States (and now Russia) into Middle Eastern oil politics, nothing more.

CNN & Pew? LOL! (When will you learn?)

Dear,

First I can make argument without giving links to web links googled up. You should try it some time.

Second, these are the same people who said Hillary Clinton would win election. You ought to take lesson from this.

Obama has accomplished nothing and he is derided by the West. In fact he is cited as one of the reasons the opponents of BRexit failed. He went over to the UK, tried to influence that vote, was hugly derided by the British press, BRexit passed. LOL

This is the second time you guys are bringing up people who were never Trump supporters in the first place. I don't really consider these people to be on "his side". The criticism is not really coming from one of his own. Whereas in the case with Dershowitz, it is an actual Obama supporter saying this. A better analogy would be if Sean Hannity were criticizing Trump.

As to Oil politics, maybe so, but not in the way most people think. The US and Russia now produce as much oil as Saudi Arabia, and a lot more than any of the other Middle East countries. The US now only gets between 12 and 15 percent of its oil from the Middle East. So the reason we don't abandon the Middle East, and the reason Russia has such an interest in the Middle East, is not because we need their oil, but rather because oil is sold in US dollars.

I can't figure how this ties in with his miserable foreign policy record.

Is this a surprise? Europeans tend to like weak leaders. Besides, I don't care at all what the rest of the world thinks about us. During the Reagan years we were very strong, both financially and militarily, and the rest of the world saw us as "ugly Americans". They thought we were arrogant pr!<ks. I went on a teen tour through Europe where Canadians purposely wore Canadian flags on their backpacks so that the Europeans didn't mistake them for Americans. That attitude persisted through the next two decades, even during the Clinton years. I haven't been back since Obama became president. Maybe that has changed, maybe not, I don't know. But what I do know is that what others think of us has no bearing on anything. If anything, their distaste for Americans may be a sign we are doing something right.

But how much our president is "liked" doesn't necessarily correlate with good foreign policy.

Actually? It was only Bush that sucked us & plunged us into 2 Wars in the Middle east while destroying our economy at the same time by cutting taxes for the wealthy and unable to pay for the wars he launched.

Obama didn't drag us into the "Neo-Con" ideology of the "Project for the New American Century" which TrumpPutin is following by making "America Great Again".

President Obama has kept us at peace during his Presidency and the Economy today shows it!
Imagine if we were in Syria today with boots on the ground ! Another Iraq !

I give Trump about a year before we are embroiled in a foreign War again and the economy tanks again.

PS: Don't forget who killed Bin Laden ! It was that "Marxist /Kenyan /Socialist/ President who kept his promise to get him ! Just ask that Navy Seal who killed him who is always on Fox Nooze !

Right wingers.

So George Will was right about Donald Trump?
yea thank goodness for those on the left who speak out about invading and occupying nations, murdering innocent people when Obama became president. oh wait they didn't.

sigh....Taxes had nothing to do with economy crashing. bush did have the choice to bring the troops home, just like obama, and didn't do it.

Is that why Obama continues to have our troops everywhere around the world?

Why listen to you when you've been wrong about most of this?

Shouldn't use the word promise with Obamas name. People will just make the obvious guess and say he broke it.
