The coward's way out would be to just rubber stamp anything Israel does as being OK.
Oh, so using your logic he has been rubber stamping anything Israel does and has been a coward for almost 8 years and now he's not a coward?

Evidently every US president for the past 37 years disagrees with you.

He's trying to do as much damage as he can before he leaves the Whitehouse. Time is passing too slowly for his departure.

So anyone who doesn't agree with you is a low life? If he's not a coward, why didn't he do this seven years ago?

So let's stay out of it.
Your last sentence is spot on.

Let's just stay out of it and let the chips fall where they fall.

I don't know, look up how many resolutions he's voted on and get back to us.

You're the one making accusations, your responsibility to support them with facts, not just your blind hatred.

And just WHAT damage did not approving Israel's illegal activities create?

Many confuse the term ally with friend. Israel is our ally, but not what I would call our friend. How many times have we caught them spying on us, selling classified technology to Russia and China? How many times have we had to cover for them in the UN?
Did Obama stab them in the back or simply step back out of the way? At some point we have to let Israel face the music that everyone else has to face.
Normally I disagree with Obama, and I don't hate Israel. I just feel that they are a very expensive ally with a minimal return.

-----------------
Jerusalem (AFP) - Israel scrambled Saturday to contain the fallout from a UN Security Council vote to halt settlements in Palestinian territory after lashing out at US President Barack Obama over the "shameful" resolution.

The council passed the measure Friday after the United States abstained, enabling the adoption of the first UN resolution since 1979 to condemn Israel over its settlement policy.

By deciding not to veto the move, the US took a rare step that deeply angered Israel, which accused Obama of abandoning its closest Middle East ally in the waning days of his administration.

God forbid that we anger Israel, right? LMAO..

I'm amazed at how badly you folks want this huge, powerful nation to be subservient to a tiny nation on a strip of desert on the other side of the world...like a St.Bernard bowing down to a Toy Poodle.

We don't have any close Middle Eastern allies, nor do we need any.
