For those suffering from having their heads buried in the sand, Hillary is right now being investigated by the FBI for corruption associated with the Clinton Foundation. Obama has the right to pardon her for this (and any future crimes) if he wants. Yes, he can pardon her for future crimes! But for any crimes that she has yet to be adjudicated on, she would still be liable for.
I know that some of the left have no idea that any of this is going on, but this is only their fault for not "keeping up" with the current affairs. By wishing it wasn't so only solidifies the right perception that the left is suffering from cognitive bias or is ill-informed because of their lack of open minded view of this.
There's a dilemma here, if Obama pardons her then the criminal case will be left to Bill Clinton and Chelsea Clinton. Both of which are in some executive positions with the foundation.
But there is a third act here, Obama doesn't like the Clintons and if he pardons her and the Hillary is found liable for the crime then Obama will appear to be as corrupt as the Clinton by trying to hide it from the public. So his legacy will be tarnished for the next several hundred years and can't have this on his record.
Because it's not bashing Trump, making fun of his physical appearance, mocking his family. People don't want to acknowledge Hillary could be in serious trouble. Preet Bahara has been a nightmare for corrupt Wall Streeters, corrupt politicians and is very active in cyber-security. Exactly the kind of person Hillary wouldn't want coming after her. He used to be chief counsel for Senator Chuck Schumer so Democrats can't blame Republicans.
Democrats like to pretend this is all about revenge. Hillary broke the law.
yes he going to pardon her and yes she will accept, although it doesnt matter if she accepts or not, she still be pardon
Actually she is required to accept the pardon, i.e. admit guilt, before it becomes legally valid.
