As most know, EA is very homogeneous, not only are most of their countries predominantly asian but leadership as well. Why don't countries like Japan, Korea, China etc. get tons of backlash for not being more culturally/ethnically diverse like most western countries?

Japan actually does get some criticism from the UN and various Western organizations and media for being too restrictive in its immigration policy. UN commissions have argued that Japan should be accepting half a million poor Asian migrants a year and that this would save the country from declining population.

china has 56 different ethnicities and numerous languages. How much diversity are you looking for?

They understand the danger of admitting incompatible cultures to their lands.
Look at the Netherlands or Sweden. America will be be there soon if nothing is done to stop it.
