He wasn't rationalizing he was asking people to support their assertion that Trump = Hitler.
Frankly, you're proving his point that it's an irrational assertion being made by butt-hurt people after the election.
It also makes the accusers look extremely uneducated as they apparently know nothing about Hitler other than he had a funny moustache and did bad things to lots of people somewhere in like Europe or something.
isn't Obama the anti-Christ? I would say we are moving in the right direction with Hitler. Imagine if we can wind this down to Mussolini some day?
I'm not a particular supporter of his, but I also say this.
He hasn't done anything-good or bad-as the President yet. He won the election. Let him govern. There are checks and balances in our system IF he fails; if does not fail and does well, people who dislike him will eat crow.
With one party rule, he will have no checks and balances for four years. That this singer is choosing not to sing because they don't support him is commendable.
Speaking of Mormon Sins: In the Mormon Church these are considered Sins. Are any of these better or worse than singing for Donald Trump? (you may rank them in order of severity)

Masturbating
Watching soft porn on your computer.
Drinking coffee
Declining to tithe
Stop wearing garments/underwear
Drinking beer
Smoking a joint
Getting a tattoo
Making out with someone of the same sex
Looks like somebody made up his own list, since the LDS Church has never come out with such a list.

Let me say that the only difference between Trump and you or me, is that he ran for president and had his dirty laundry aired out for all to see.

Now Ponderosa, be fair. Maybe DRob is right. Maybe he and the rest of the Trump faithful were spending those years cheating contractors, using dubious schemes to get out of paying taxes, defrauding innocent people, humiliating their wives with public affairs, walking out on their families... We don't know.
Perhaps that's why they feel such an affinity for the man.
Interesting. My history classes were total BS. I was taught that Hitler was responsible for the death of millions, but apparently Hitler didn't murder millions but only proposed a wall were to be built and he opposed some trade deals.
I'm glad people like this guy are setting history straight.
My thoughts exactly...American liberals love throwing the, "Hitler Card" out there when they have nothing left to say. It's actually a real slap in the face to those that had to endure Hitler's policies of torture, murder, starvation, etc. Millions lost their lives, loves, families, and country. Comparing Trump to Hitler is beyond stupid and ignorant, it's a complete lie. It's also very hurtful to those of us with family who did suffer under Hitler. Trump may be a lot of things, but being Hitler is not one of them...
Oh stop insulting us with this crap! Most of us do and did not live our lives like Trump. We paid our bills, honored our word, stayed faithful to our wives and never lusted for our daughters. My personal Vietnam was spent in a uniform dodging bullets not a bedroom dodging STDs. Trump is a pig. Anyone who stands for what she believes and refuses to sing or dance or honor him in any way is a hero in my book.
