What's scary is that Trump congratulated Putin after the U.S. imposed sanctions and now Russia has retaliated. Why isn't this man being charged with treason?

You can blame WaPo, but the story was in the Burlington Free Press today, and I also was listening to NPR when I heard a statement from Vermont's governor expressing concern over this incident.

But we shouldn't listen to anyone but Donald Trump, right?

X-Agent ain't it, I have the source on my laptop, it's been in the wild for a couple of years. The PHP script uses YARA a malware detection tool, scanning for PAS_TOOL_PHP_WEB_KIT files (indicating that PAS has been used) both tools are available on GitHub. P.A.S. is a webshell tool nothing more, it's used by thousands of people of all hat colors, admittedly more commonly from eastern Europe but not exclusively.

So where is the text that provides conclusive evidence?

Also bear in mind this paragraph

Now do you want to explain how questioning the content is treasonous?
This is the same deluded poster who about six months ago came on here every day and wrote how globalism/slave-wage labor arbitrage was so great for the country - yet he didn't really understand how Chicago-school mentality economics continually failed the nation - nor could he put together any quality, cohesive argument supporting his position.

This person has been molded into an automoton, behind a state-based ideology and mandate.

One more time.
 • Are the lights still on in Vermont?
 • Yes you say....
 • Power grid must be working.
 • Conclusion, more manufactured nonsense about the Russians from the MSM.
Believe your eyes.

You can spin it any way you want. You didn't add "at that time" which means they didn't succeed in whatever they were planning because Homeland Security alerted the utility company.

https://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2016-12-31/russian-hacking-code-found-in-vermont-power-utility-computer

“We took immediate action to isolate the laptop and alerted federal officials of this finding,†utility spokesman Mike Kanarick said in the statement. “Our team is working with federal officials to trace this malware and prevent any other attempts to infiltrate utility systems. We have briefed state officials and will support the investigation fully.â€

So the Burlington Free Press, Bloomberg, Fortune, USA Today, CNN, every major news network, etc., etc. are all making this up because Trump won the election? Is that what you really believe?

People ask me why I'm so worried about the direction in which our country is heading and your post sums it all up in one video. You'd rather listen to someone on YouTube than U.S. Intelligence!

But reactions also have included the now-familiar cry of "fake news" from many incredulous readers in Donald Trump's post-truth America, perhaps inspired by the president-elect's refusal to see the claims of Russian hacking as anything other than Democratic Party politics.

'Fake News' Cries Follow Discovery of Russian Malware at Vermont Utility

"Burlington Electric Department officials have confirmed that malware code that federal officials say was used to hack U.S. political parties was detected Friday on a laptop unconnected to the greater electrical grid after federal authorities released the code to executives from the financial, utility and transportation industries. A utility statement read, "We took immediate action to isolate the laptop and alerted federal officials of this finding. Our team is working with federal officials to trace this malware and prevent any other attempts to infiltrate utility systems. "

"Soon after publication of the Post’s story, it was revealed that the malware had only infected a utility company laptop that had no access whatsoever to the electrical grid"

Employee probably tried to access Russian porn on his work lap top.

Not sure which is worse, fake news, denying real news or believing a long haired guy you-tubing from his basement.

It's coming out that this is just another fake story by another lying liberal rag paper. When will people learn not to believe anything they are told by this administration or its media proxies.

Didn't the wileaks emails teach them anything?
