I can promise you that all that extra money I would have saved would have benefited me far more than a bunch of idiot bureaucrats who overspent the money through numerous corruption schemes, handouts, and incompetence.

You think Medicare, Social Security and public schools are stupid? Those programs make sure working stiffs like yourself even have any voice at all in this democracy. Without it, we would be a full blown third world plutocracy where a tiny elite control all aspects of the political and economic life and working stiffs like yourself are crushed.

The problem isn't that the Democrats are pro Black, Hispanic, Asian, etc. It's that their tone paints all Whites as if they attend KKK rallies every weekend. The core of the Democrat Party used to be in coal miners in Appalachia and factory workers in Flint, now it's Fiat drivers in San Francisco and New York City. DNC reminds me of a church that looses half it's members because it becomes more extreme and rather than morn it revels in it's own purity.
Its very promising to rid itself of special interest Wall Street corruption and be a party for salt of the earth Americans again, like in the past instead of being the party of international banksters, the billionaire class and crony capitalists while claiming to support Joe Sixpack. Working stiffs will see through that. New Deal Democrats are the future. Wall Street democrats are not.
Cnn and the Democratic party have some really great minds and really moving the democratic in the right direction. Former communist Van Jones said that the days of Clinton and a moderate Democratic Party are over. I love to know who he considers the "the base" of the party.
The democrats now have the fewest number of state legislatures in their entire history and Republicans will enter the White House with both legislative branches in their control and their pick of a Supreme Court justice and the republicans now have the most state-elected lawmakers in office in100 years and certain democrats want to double down on the losing ideas and move further left?

Van Jones should make himself a new years resolution to add more testosterone to his schedule. Here is a male , who for all intents and purposes has all the mood swings of a middle aged woman with PMS (no offense to any real woman reading). Big problems with Van is his inability to think through an issue without resorting to that frantic, out of breath and about to lose his mind behavior. As fickle as they come , like a high school cheerleader too animated and extreme to be taken too seriously. This is Van Jones.
Is it little wonder there were so many cracks in Obama policy in general?. With the likes of Van Jones as advisor , we could expect nothing else.
Van Jones is so out of touch with everyday reality he is a hidden liability to the Democrat efforts to rebuild the party. Notice how most of his picks as saviors are Black too. Somebody needs to tell him nicely, wait for a while, maybe a couple of years before even promoting a new Black hope in American politics.
