I guess both Obama and Clinton don't enjoy buying homes in the diverse neighborhoods that they preach are good for everyone.

I guess limosine liberals like the Obama's and Clinton's love diversity as long as they don't live around it.

Michelle Obama loves giving speeches about the "richness of diversity" but it seems like she had no objection to buying a house in a city that is 88% white.

If diversity is so rich to Michelle Obama why does she like to buy homes in 88% white areas. I guess despite her emotional, emmy-award winning speeches she likes to ignore her own words and then buy a house in some of the least diverse places in the country.

One could ask the same question of you. Why do you live where you do? Gilbert, AZ is not far off that mark, is it?

Look at the electoral map, do any of the places that voted Trump have high numbers of immigrants. Rural Nebraska is not exactly a bastion of diversity and tolerance.

She has never met nor seen anyone wearing a hijab and never will.

Yet, Fox News has convinced her to be terrified of same at age 93. Shame on them. They prey on the weak.

We have Mexicans here and we voted for Trump 70%.County I used to live in,in Ga voted for Trump as well. 35% of the city there is Mexicans. Doesn't matter if we live near them or not we don't WANT to live near them. They disrespect my country by REFUSING to learn English but they have ZERO problem taking advantage of my taxes and the welfare that my taxes provide.

Have you ever been to rural Nebraska? Is your neighborhood a "bastion of diversity and tolerance?" Or does it look more like Clinton and Obama's towns? And once again: do you know anyone who voted for Trump?

OP, your link sucks.

Didn't the Obama's just *rent* a home in Washington, DC?

OP, did you miss the part where they were black? Obviously they hold no objections in living near people different from them racially. And is there a president alive (including the elect) that did not preach diversity?

Did it occur to you that these people have a ton of money and can live wherever they want, and that fractional 1% neighborhoods are generally majority white (whether anybody likes it or not)?

Rural Nebraska has tolerated large percentages of immigrants. Most likely illegal. As someone said- travel is fatal to prejudice" .. Enough deflection already. Obamas loves them some white folk

I've been all over the rural south and I live in the Midwest. Thankfully I live in a diverse community and regularly interact with people from all over the world. People in rural areas are good people, they are just woefully misguided when it comes to race.

Edit: And I do know people who voted for Trump.

But why would anyone who thinks that diversity is so wonderful buy homes in towns that are almost all white?

Elitists are the same from both parties. Do as I say not as I do.
Elitists love to tell everyone else how to live, how to think and where we really need to live, so that we can be acceptable people.
