according to the article that assume that current spending levels remain in place.

and by the way, i towuld 9 trillion added to the DEBT, not the deficit.

They note that the $29 trillion debt total is simply a number assuming all current spending levels continue – and does not include the full impact of repealing the health care law. That would come later, but this resolution allows several pieces of repeal to require only 51 Senate votes to move forward, instead of the 60 usually needed to limit debate. Republicans control 52 of the Senate’s 100 seats.

Sounds like they didn't add anything.

ObamaCare was slated to add to government spending for awhile just in its design.

Again we are seeing that people treat national debt as if it is personal debt.

The GOP add to the debt through massive tax cuts for the donor class. Revenue plummets and spending is debt financed instead.
