Right, so this^ is recklessly false.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics December 2016 Report:
The number of persons employed part time for economic reasons (also referred to as
involuntary part-time workers), at 5.6 million, was essentially unchanged in December
but was down by 459,000 over the year.

Out of 152 Million employed Americans, 5.6 Million are involuntarily part-time.

OP - you seem intelligent but I feel are so far removed from what actual exists out there outside of your Bay area, periodicals and liberal media bias that you have a lot of gall telling any middle class citizens - of which there are many - actually experiencing Obama's "great accomplishments".

Life experience is the real deal - your articles don't tell the whole story but you don't use your intelligence to seek the truth only mimic what you hear and read. My condolences on not living in the real world - it may open your eyes.

^Why are you mentioning just what the BLS labels as "economic reasons" to twist the raw over all data of the net new jobs created?

In about a week and a half, liberals will wake up and start complaining that Trump hasn't fixed the shrinking benefits problem yet.

Hunh?

Marijuana smoking is now a job?

Uh..OK..We've increased that under Barry

What a thread fail..Out of touch arrogance

All I see on the street are part time low skilled jobs

That isn't a career...Nor can a family survive...Which pushes them towards government assistance...Which Barry loves to control

That pesky national debt with all those shovel ready jobs whose contracts Barry's friends benefitted from

Yep..Were doing just fine

Not

I know of a newly added job. It's also full-time. It's a guy that sits in a booth at our parking garage, and nods when the mechanical arm raises once your parking ticket is read. Is that the caliber of job Obama added? Pulleeeeze.
Finally, I have to give you one point. Our economy isn't as bad as all the other economies. Now that's a great statistic!

It is disingenuous to state the economy is worse now than 09. However the BLS point was argued ad nauseum thru the summer. We have created jobs, many are not considered self supporting, and the BLS did change their methodology.

Hardly an administration bashing link:

What's the real unemployment rate?

Debt is seldom mentioned or dismissed. But that's expected.

Soon enough the conversation will switch and by March it will be terrible in regards to economic outlook.

More partisanship from both sides.

Obama must have set aside a few million for PR on his way out of office to try and convince folks he did a good job. Some will buy his spin - many won't. The OP bought it hook, line and sinker.

Obots are already busy re-writing history under Obama. They are already teaching young children that Obama was the greatest president in US history. They will be taught that there was full employment. There were jobs for all. The roads were paved in gold. The sky was full of rainbows. Race relations was at historical highs. Americans welcomed refugees into their homes. There were no wars. Obamacare healed all sickness and diseases. It will go on and on.
