Why are officials so quick to say "no motive yet"? As if it would be really bad if there was a motive.

This is a horrible. What a screwed up world any more.

Some of the comments on here are really low class and disturbing. People die and they still have to be jerks.

Hope they get any more people involved and find the motive.

TSA is reporting 2nd shooter - Airport Locked Down
No reports of anyone shot by shooter in garage, Sheriff says they are investigating.
Nothing really confirmed except for TSA report.

1st shooter (in custody) was holding Military ID, born in New Jersey

Well, they are saying that because they are only beginning their investigation and we will want to find out what made this guy(s) get out of bed this morning and start killing people. Need to know if it is an isolated crackpot, or something more. Maybe more people to look for also.

I'd be shocked if there is no Islamic connection somewhere.

There's enough time to politicize this later, we need to find out all the facts first.

Having lived in Miami, I know several people who use that airport regularly. I'm sure the chances of them being there today are slim...but let's remember that there are victims here, dead and wounded, and some families will never be the same. That is what matters right now.

They are saying it was a terrorist attack. Scary to see. I've flown through this airport many times.

There may be a 2nd shooter.

The fact that he was taken alive, my personal speculation is that it wasn't an Islamic attack. It's mostly just a feeling.

We will eventually know.

I just feel horrible for the victims.

No one is calling this a terrorist attack.
