The wall, in and of itself, is not meant to be a an ultimate solution to illegal immigration.
Conservatives don't think that the wall will stop all illegals.
Conservatives don't really care if Mexico pays for it.
Conservatives don't even care if every inch of the border is sealed off, nor do they think that it's practical or geographically possible to do so.
What Conservatives do care about:
Even talking about building the wall is a statement of intent.....a giant NO TRESPASSING sign that signifies a change in policy.
A change in policy where the wall is only part of a multi faceted approch to getting serious about stopping illegal immigration.
Mandatory use of e-verify with tough penalties for companies who are knowingly in violation.
Stopping all public monies, entitlements for illegal immigrants.
No more sanctuary cities, tough consequences for Mayors and other public officials who refuse to cooperate and impede enforcement.
Serious consequences for illeagls who commit any crimes in America.
The days of coddling illeagls while deporting them through a revolving door are over.
This is what Liberals don't get.....
Or maybe they do, which is why they are protesting so loudly.

Good list. I'd only add to it addressing birthright citizenship for their kids as that is another means for them to support themselves here.
Liberals are so compassionate.. Eugenics is the answer to fix allot of problems.. But, liberals are our balance in this country..for the most part.

If we just have to have a 2,000,000 man military (active+reserve) post them along OUR border. Recall all troops from around the world and station them here. We could put a soldier every 5 feet along the southern border, think that "wall" might be enough?

Anyone coming in from high risk areas who are prone to terrorism -- are now being watched more closely than ever. No more coddling and no more excuses! This country is not going to become like Germany!

Or, you could just deputize all able bodied men in the areas of concern as deputies or martial, as the Military cannot be used for said topic..Unless at War or Governor asks for Federal assistance per sey.
Or better yet, stop making life so easy to come here after you brave the elements. We open our arms, give you food, shelter, health care, jobs etc etc. We make America so attractive as even our poor are 100% wealthier than any other country in the world...
