He did stand up against the evils of the Republican system and its members; he exposed them for their collusion and their selling of American to Special Interest and Lobbyist. He did speak up and call out the Banks for their gambles and their games of fleecing the people (was it backlash because they would not loan him more money after bankruptcies upon bankruptcies, or does he truly feel that he can have an impact to bring banks to respect the public and the public's resources? This questions is a mixed bag, because he chose Wall Street Big Money Bankers to his cabinet?.... "Why" ? Additional questions > why is so much of his cabinet picks wealthy and predominantly white males? )

He called out politicians of both parties for taking campaign contribution for the sake of issuing favors? (He used this process for many years to gain resources, favors, influence and to extract concessions of tax favors that extended over decades? "What was or is his motive for the exposure? was it to address it for the sake to correct it, or was it a play on the role of seeking to endear the public to him? We don't know. If he playing a Con on the People? )

He spent years defaming President Obama, attacking him from morning to sunset on a daily basis, then after 90 minutes, he changed his whole concept and said, "he is a good man", "he likes him". What was the point of trying to undermine President Obama's Presidency? Was it race bias, or power envy? ) Again, we don't know. (What brought on the sudden change, then followed by some of the rheotric he tweets and comments he makes? does he sincerely respect President Obama, or was that a moment of feeling overwhelmed and seeking to simply be appeasing? We don't know? Time will bring out what his true concept and thoughts are, because he has spent so much time condemning President Obama, and only recently, very limited time to respect him, but he has parised Putin more than he has given respect or praise to President Obama).

After the meeting, he found that his tune changed, he understands as he claims the works of Obama and he is thankful for the good position of the economy, the nation, the jobs numbers and all the things President Obama achieved. (the question is, why does he keep talking and tweeting, when he has not been sworn in, and why is he trying to usurp President Obama, when he has not been sworn into office? - Why does he continue to violate the Logan Act, as being a private citizen his talk is a direct violation, until the day he is sworn in?)
He now, say's "we may need to look at Amending ACA for improvements, rather than repealing and replacing, when he knows he nor the republican have a suitable replacements). He is finding that if he breaks it, he will be blamed and he will bear the burden of rash and brash acts and damage to millions of people) I think he will stick with his "amending aspirations", because they have no replacement, therefore he cannot push an aim to repeal and replace, he has to turn and look deeply at positive amendments, or he fails, and he will sell it to the people just as that. I do think he will remove the State Line Barriers as a means and effort to force competition to be full circle in all markets, which will be the biggest progress point, IF AND ONLY IF, that will drive cost downwards. He may find his best avenue is to move to institute a Public Options, which will be the backbone to keep cost low. (Republicans blocked it before, when he goes for the Public Options, it will expose the mess of Republican who blocked it as a subversive act, Yet the media won't tell it in such truthful terms) Trump is forced to awaken and unless he is a 100% imbecile, he has to come to understand the millions of Jobs that are tied to the ACA and Health Care in General and he knows he is not willing to risk damaging that many jobs and decimating that many lives in doing so, not for employed people and not for the sickly who benefit from and through the program and he certainly is terrified of being condemned as a failure.

Trump will find that when it comes to Immigration, the "deport all" was campaign fodder, the reality is he will move to embrace some of the President Obama policies, that will include amnesty, as well as aspects of the dream act. However, he will come to appreciate the vast numbers of deportation that President Obama completed, and he will use that model, to address the criminals and the gangs, but he will not go after the legitimate working illegal’s, but he will demand they are paid fairly, so as not to undercut the wage of working Americans, thus seeking to level the playing field for employees in general. They will be mandated to pay Tax and may even code their Tax Returns as being Non Citizens, scheduled for random reviews to support the fact of pay balance and paying taxes as required.
He will put limits on "public assistance programs" for illegal’s, which means, they will either work or they will be scheduled for deportation.
The change will come in how he develops their path to citizenship. It will have an expedite component for those who have been here 5-10 yrs or longer who have consistently held jobs.
Gang Members, can get ready because he will set up a plan and program via policing, immigration and using the intelligence agencies for identity and verification of density of criminal types. He may well run into a challenge if he fails to exercise the same policy toward Russian, Eastern European and all the other nations who have illegal’s engaged in criminal conduct.

He will have to address "Anchor Babies', it has become a disaster that poses a challenge to the future. Whether he can make it reto-actives will be a challenge, but he can establish that anyone, and certainly anyone not a citizen and not on a long term work visa, who has a baby in American, that baby cannot get instant citizenship. He can go backwards, and list over the past 10 yrs, any of those who were not with green cards, not with work visas and only on a visitor’s visa who had a baby, that baby will have its citizenship revoked, because there is no grounds for that baby to be granted citizenship.
Going forward, No One, who is without a green card, who does not have a long term work visa, and who does not have EB-5 visa and under the EB-5 they will have to invest no less than XXXX in industrial building in America and filing that company as an American company.

As to Russia, Trump will continue to defend Russia; the part that will be troubling is that he will not have a like favorable policy toward nations that have Black Populations and Black Leaders. Russia does not have a large population of black people, Russia still has interest in developing some type of unison with other Eastern Bloc Nations, but he will push for that to be a Economic collaboration, and Trump is interested in open borders with Russia for Business and Finance. He has to be careful of Putin and he must be very careful as not to damage or cause havoc in NATO. If he can get Russia to join NATO, then he will have achieved a big step on the world stage. That is a big stretch, but considering that Russia has a challenged economy that is Oil Dependent, it can be forged because Russia needs the rest of the nations for the sake of its own Industrial Growth Diversity.

When it comes to Islam, that is going to be a challenge, there is only one (1) solution. That is for the powers that be, to stand up and demand, that Islamic Nations bring and usher in a Separation of Church and State, and develop a rule of law that is not driven by Shari type laws or any aspect of Islamic Laws nor to favor any faction of Islam over another. It has to be a Separation of Church and State. If that can be achieved, then Terrorism can be captured and contained and the Islamic Religious People will have voice and protections to themselves report and turn in Terrorist.
This is a very very big matter. For this, Trump needs Russia, China, Europe, and African Nations. It will have to extend to push and promote the same principles in India, to deal with the archaic practices within Hindu's system that includes Honor Killings and the force and dominance that decimates millions upon millions of individuals in relationship not of their choice. These appeals will be driven by the 'young in those nations" who no longer aspire to the old ways of such archaic practices. Time has proven that within Islamic Nations, one cannot have Sunni and Shiite as a determining factor for governance leadership. Thus so, this means the Rule of Law must stand where Church and State must be separated to make ineffective any aims by Sunni or Shiite to attempt to exert any religious authority over others.

When it comes to Trade, the challenge is GDP of Nations, and what does it take to keep them from falling into chaos and decline. China for example cannot sustain itself with less than 6%, it face bit challenges at 7%, but they will have to find a means to stabilize within those ranges, because the global community cannot afford China to maintain or sustain 9-10% GDP, it only does so at the expense of other nations. Therefore, China has to deal with its currency, to enable its population to become broader consumers of what it produced, but it too must develop to be broader consumers of Imported Goods.

The choices of his Cabinet must walk carefully, so as not to take on the temperament of a policing force, nor shall they stomp ahead and become a imperialist bully on the stump approach. He is going to have a problem with Sessions, and Trump will have no choice but to quickly remove him within the first year, that is; if he is confirmed.
We can expect to see Steve O'Bannon to be exercised out on the Administrative Cabinet, because of the factions his presence represents and the conflicts that arise between O'Bannon and Prebius. The current pressures to fill Cabinet Position came as an unexpected surprise, because Trump did not have full faith that he would be elected to Office. The Russian collusion won't go away quickly, not when it is investigated to see the scope and role of Maniford, and when more details come to light of Russian Investments that helped support and prop up Trump's Empire and contributed to Trumps wealth. Eventually, these truths will hit like an Asteroid. Cleaning Money will become a matter that will challenge Trump in ways that he has not imagined to consider, because he thinks himself smarter than all the rest, but what is of truth cannot stay hidden from the light, lest it too become stumbling blocks in the dark and pitfalls that can't be seen while walking in the dark. It must be addressed; The outcome of this may be the matter that Force's Russia to change the rules of how it engages if it wants to keep its relations and be part of a Global system, and not be one on the outside trying to push an agenda that does not meld with the Global system.

As to American's Economy. Trump has much work to do, if he is smart, he would look at the Banks, and Look at Fannie and Freddie, and realize that Banks are nothing more than a Middle Man collecting a fortune while Fannie and Freddie hold the risk. If he can come to this awareness, Then ... Home loans would become Federalized, which means, people pay their home payments to FHA's system, which means it falls under HUD and HUD will become the Windfall Profit Gainer. This would enable the Administration to push then with strong stands, as the capital infusion of funds in the hands of the government, instead of in the coffiers of bankers and brokes. This will change the dynamics of financing in a massive way. It will not only enable means and ways for HUD to achieve the initiative that it was originally designed to achieve. Which is Housing and Urban Development? That would create a program, where then, a push for a 3% fixed interest on Housing with a 15 yr payoff term. This would eliminate the game of Foreclosures, as the FHA, can simply restructure payments for fixed terms for people to catch up if they fall behind, and we would no longer have a housing crisis, that cripples the country. We will no longer have bankers Trading and Playing Gambling Games with the Security Instruments of peoples Homes. ( Lending for Business and other growth aspirations would come from the private market funds, not gambling games with the bonds that back peoples homes). The act of home defaults would diminish if not all together vanish.
There would need to be covenants, which means, "no house flipping". Anyone who does not plan to live in their home for 5 or more years, must go to the private market of banks to buy investment properties. This will stabilize home price escalation to a standard that is reasonable and not a gaming system of people over exaggerating the value of homes, then we have a stable system with managed progressive valuation growth of homes. During the 10 yrs period of home ownership a person cannot borrow more than 40% of its value, and that is under a program that allows the mortgage to be extended not to exceed 20 yrs. (this affords people the means to borrow for college or investments, but not jeopardize their home in doing so)


This in turn restores money back into the pockets of American people. Who after 15 yrs will have more to put toward their retirement savings. We will have no mass of people reaching retirement without means to have a quality standard of life, nor reach that age and have the pressures of a mortgage, therefore people will not be likely to reach old age and result to become threatened by facing evictions. These Homes can then be Transferred on the death of a Parent to their Children without Capital Gains Taxes, If the child sells the home, then they will pay a capital gains on 40% of their proceeds. Then we build economic legacy within the family structure.

This will not only stabilize and improve home ownership, it will strengthen the standard of life for the retirees, But there has to be caps on what value fits within this program, and that would be near to the $750K home financing via FHA under the HUD banner. ANYTHING over $750K would have to go to the private banking market for Financing.

Anyone wanting a home that cost of $750 must go to banks, and there can be a rate cap placed on those homes which go from $751K, up to $5mil, Homes costing over $5 mil will be negotiated between the banks and the purchaser.

This program helps secure and stabilize our Medicare and Medicaid by the following guidelines. This will not void out access the Medicare, which will be available to anyone who reaches age 65 and have less than $1mil in total assets. there will be a scale of premium payments that is reasonable within those factors, with a co pay that does not exceed 3-5%. Anyone who has assets over $1 million will have a higher premium, and a higher Co Pay, which the co pay cannot exceed 20% for those up to $5 mil. Those over 5 mil, will have a co pay that is up to 40% of covered expense. Anyone with over $50 mil. is not eligible for Medicare nor Medicaid. they must go to the private market, but the premium cannot be more than 2 times the cost of a full non discounted Medicare premium, and their co pay cannot exceed the 40%.

We can BAN such things as "Pay Day Loans" places, as well as we will have a society that has increased its saving potential. If a person needed to use any urgency loans, the rate cap will be 20% fixed. with a set figure as to what that money will cost in a fixed defined term for repayment.

As citizens, we have seen elected politicians continually vote their mind, play to party favor and not our voice. We did not elect any congress persons to go and vote their plan as if they are now dictators unto us their subjects and not as their constituents, nor did we vote any person to congress to establish themselves as a career politician.
We further did not vote for any congressional person to enrich themselves with high salary, nor to structure themselves benefits far and above what we as the average citizen have available unto us. We did not vote any person to public office to provide themselves a lifetime pension for serving their elected term.
The Framers of the Constitution did not design a nation for politicians to be made above the common citizens they were elected to represent. Nor did they intend for Public Servants who serve as our congressional persons to be career politicians.

Congressional Reform Act of 2017-2018 - Office

1. No Tenure / No Pension. (except Social Security benefits)

2. A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they are out of office.
3. Mandatory Term Limits - [Strict and Firmly Enforced Term Limits]
4. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security.
5. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately.
6. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. Social Security Funds may not be used for any other purpose, Except to Pay Social Security Benefits. It may not be leveraged to borrow against it, or to encumber it by any means, except for the sole purpose of Paying Social Security Benefits.
7. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
8. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
9. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.
10. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
11. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/16. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen.

Congressmen made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.

Housing Reform Act of 2017-2018

1. Banks are no longer allowed to package and trade Home mortgage Securities to back anything which is not a direct “Municipal Bonds” for City, State or Federal Infrastructure Projects.
2. Commercial Property Real Estate Securities can no longer be used to back anything which is not sanctioned by “Federal, State or Local” Economic Development. Any project which is within this category must be directly linked to ‘Communities Economic Growth and Stability.
3. All Banking Interest Rates will be regulated by the Federal Trade Commission, who must be give authority for any Interest Rate increase from the Federal Reserve System.
4. Single Family Residence within the price range not to exceed $750,000 market value pricing. Are mandated to have an interest rate cap not to exceed 3-5%.
5. (A 10% Down Payment is Standard within this program)>
All payment for these homes will be paid directly to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, via (FHA) Agency Branches. 65% of Profit gains from these loans will be used to fund additional Homes to citizens in up to the cost of 750K. 10% will go to improve schools. 5% will be designated to support energy efficiency improvements.
6. As a benefit and relief for Higher Education Expense 3% will be directed to fund College Loan programs. At no more than 2% interest on all educational loans made by this program.
7. 5% can be managed and retained for Disaster Relief and other Programs which directly benefit American Citizens.
8. 5% will be transferred to HUD to improve the expansion and building of Low Income Homes.
9. 10% will be retained for Program Security Reserves.
This program eliminates the potential for Banks to have the mechanism of control over the homes, their values, interest rates. It will further preclude banks from ever having the ability to bring down a nation and erode the most valued possessions of citizens and this nation, and that value is the homes of American Citizens.

Economic Stability of a Nation is directly tied to its economic modeling and management of its corporate function. Its corporations must function as a service to the public. In turn the public support the corporations by their patronage of productions from corporations. Our employment is the drive of our Capital growth. It is the foundation of our economic viability, directly tied to our standard and quality of life as American Citizens. We can no longer allow greed to be the defeat of the model of economic function within this nation.
Regulatory Management of Corporate Enterprise if a Responsibility of our governing system.
Mandates for Change:


Company ASSET Value Management
A company should never have more than 35% of itself on Public Traded Stock Markets,
20% should be in Fixed Rate Surety Bonds-Held by the company.
10% employee owned
10% to Retirement Investments –
25% in liquid reserve. Brokers & Banker games then cannot destroy a company.
In trouble times do select stock offering of 5% against the 25%. This must be secured with a bond to back these stocks, which must be satisfied and returned to retention of 25% within 5 years.
Companies would carry very little if any debt if the invested money went to the company. The investor takes the risk the company will turn a profit or endure a loss. Any funds collected from Investors must go directly into an account in the sole name of the corporation. Broker Fee per trade must be paid by the Traders not to exceed fixed dollar amount per trade based on volume (not to exceed what online trades are rated as the standard. Brokers are given a commission of 0.005% on Quarterly Balance in the Account from the corporation. We then can avert brokers and traders from turning these stocks into a casino game, or a pyramid scheme program and tools of greed.

No Public Traded Company can pay any Hired CEO a salary to exceed $1.000.000. Per year. Housing and other Perks cannot exceed $150,000.00 per year.
Neither stock allowance, nor stock options will be afforded any CEO at a price any different than any employee may purchase at a discount. (No more massive giveaway of stock options!!!) Volume limits are to be placed on this commodity of stock offering. 1000 share per year cannot exceed the value of $250K. (the higher the public traded value of the stock, the lower number of shares given at a discount, Maximum amount of shares given cannot exceed $250,000.00 in any given year) Any additional stock must be purchased on the open market from the % of stock available for general public offering.
No Golden Parachutes. Severance will be equated the same as any other employee. No Executive contract can contain any clauses which violate this rule. No additional Stock to be given in severance package- No exceptions)
Pension Programs will be contributory by all executive, into the exact same pension program which is afforded to the employees. If its 401k with no company contribution, then exec's get no contributions except what they directly contributes). CEO Pension compensation cannot have any Match to exceed a cap of $15,000.00 per year for CEO.
Bonus will be capped at $10,000.00 per quarter. All Senior Executives and others capped at $10,000.00 per quarter
No company that has gone public can be converted into a privately held company.
No more of executives walking away with $10's and $100's of millions of a companies resources !!!
Close Scrutiny of Politicians Investment, their blind Trust must invest in nothing but Treasury Bonds and Municipal Bonds (This will eliminate insider trading, biased and collusive use of information for profit gains. None of their Immediate Family May invest in anything except Treasury Bonds and Municipal Bonds during their time of service in Public Elected Office as a congressional member, whether in the House or the Senate, Federal or State, this is to include Governor's or Mayors and Council Members.

Insurance Reform Act of 2017-2018

1. Insurance companies must invest 40% of their Profit Gains in the area or categories they insure.
2. No Health Insurance and No Life Insurance company are allowed to use any proceeds to back Credit Default Swaps.
3. Any Person Insured with a valid claim must be paid what the coverage states, and coverage must state its details of coverage in clear and concise layman’s terms. Payment is to be made within 30 days of claim.
4. Exclusions must not be written nor be allowed to be structured to defeat any covered term. Any Exclusion must be clear and concise and written in Layman’s terms, and disclosed at the time of sale of any and all policies.
5. Inclusion Riders must be made available at a reasonable cost.
6. Reserve Funds must be isolated from any erosion, by placement in a secure instrument that is invested in secure commodities, which can suffer no principal funds erosion.

We are stuck with him, Not even the Electors in the Electoral College would stand up and do the job as the job was designed for them to do. (their primary role was: to block any unqualified person and unfit person from ascending to Office of Presidency).

They did not do their jobs, and we did not do our, therefore..... We had better hope Trump changes and stand up for ALL of the people. Now whether he does or does not, we don't know. But time will tell us, and if he does not, then it is our responsibility as people to speak up and stand up.

As Democrats, we had better start taking Local, State and Federal Elections seriously, such as who is elected to State and Federal Congressional seats, who elected as Governors and certainly who is elected as Presidents.

We became foolish by choice, to believe the Republican Drama spins, and got caught up and let doubts based on Republican Fictions not only distort but divide us.
They even played Democrats against Democrats with Sander and Clinton, when Clinton did adopt many of Sanders aims, and likely would have given Sanders a powerful position to help move more of his people to unity as well as to help promote many of the platform items.

Democrats cannot be any longer, weak minded to fall for the Republican Drama, we should have had smart enough people to not be swayed by the drama antic's of Trump, and certainly not be misled by the obsessive and money chasing Media who could not talk for 10 seconds without diverting the topic to Trump.
None of it sways me, I continued to write about it daily. The problem is, Democrats not only would not write, they would not even give a thumbs up and would not even make effort to share links to the writhing with others.
Go back and look at my many posting, If every Democrat has shared them, it was enough information there to keep dialog going on among Democrats which would have helped blot out the Republican Drama.

The problem is Republican wrote every day, and they supported each other, they did not care about facts or truth, they simply cared about opposing Obama, Democrats and each other.

When the items I wrote, did address the concerns, the truths, the facts and the unity that Democrats support. My question remains, why have democrats remained so silent. I saw the exact same thing on Yahoo article post. Republican saturated the comment sections and Democrats sat silent. coming up with every excuse imaginable as to why they remained silent, including, saying, they don't like to write, or what ever gave them comfort for not having and using their voice.
I am not patronizing myself, I'm saying simply, I read, and put the effort to share information, and many many posting went without supporting commentary, and people would not even share a link to create dialog among their own associates.

People sat silent when Trump invited Russia to Hack the system, they remained silent at every point on far too many matters and absolutely nothing seemed to create enough motivation for people to write commentary or even share links to commentary to prompt others to start dialog. We can't continue to be politically lazy. We became Lazy and allowed the Republican to Sweep the Mid Term, and again we allowed Republican to not only gain the Presidency, we allowed them to dominate the seats in congress.

Slap stick ignorant comments like the one that prompted this response, if the idiocy that cause us to loose.

We have the power to put Pressure on Trump and make him work for positive things, but if we sit back and spin in doing nothing, and saying nothing, except complaining without making that voice interactive in the web forms which are so much a part of American communication, then we only have our individual selves to blame.
It takes me 5 min, maybe 10 minutes to write a post, trying to provoke commentary, inspire commentary, or simply to engage in interactive commentary that expounds on the points discussed, but the only thing that comes back, is Republican spin, which more time is spent refuting their craziness, rather than interacting with people who can and do and will expound and move the dialog forward.

That should have alarmed people, the wise knew there was a problem when he made that assertion, yet it did not inspire them to push and communicate and write and push a message that he was not the man for the Office.

Trump will fix what he can and show he is trying to provide a fix where liberals and conservatives oppose him or he won't be reelected. That is the way the system works or has in the past.
If he improves the economy and builds the wall he will be reelected. That is the big two that he has to succeed on. The rest is gravy and there are lots of gravy that will be heaped on just by doing those two things.
