Lot of promises are made during campaigns, and then later it turns out the were not able to keep them (like delivering 5% economic growth), but this is something Trump promised to do when he gets elected, and could do immediately and easily if he wanted to, but he has chosen to dishonor the promise. That is called "lying in your face".
I believe he said "when the audit is over". As of his last statement it's not over yet. So your point (other than I hate Trump no matter what he does)?

Yes, he said that, and he should know, because he is KGB, and KGB hired tons of prostitutes to have sex with foreign businessmen and politicians, and the acts were video taped. Later those tapes were used to pressure the targets. It was KGB routine. As a matter of fact they had hotels rigged specifically for that purpose. One of them is now a KGB museum on an ex-USSR nation (Estonia).
My point was more along the lines of - isn't it funny that the leader of a country is bragging about prostitutes. Doesn't anyone else find humor in that?
The dossier claims there was a handoff between DNC insiders and Russian exchanging the documents for cash in three separate locations (NYC, DC, and Miami).
Now, there appears to be further confirmation by the ex-president that the documents were leaked by disgruntled insiders.
