Nope. Individuals are searched, based on the underlying concept of reasonable suspicion.

The same reasonable suspicion can be used to detain, question, and arrest and deport as necessary, individuals leaving such that have already proclaimed themselves to be "sanctuary" Churches, or those which are suspected of being so. The law is very clear on that. No getting around it. Illegal is illegal.

A drivers license or state ID should be proof of citizenship.

But since we allowed things to get to this point we will all need to chipped and tracked soon enough. There are bigger issues here than faith.
