What do you think of Trump's reported financial dealings with Russia? Do you think this is why Trump is so protective of Russia?

Quote:
-In 2013 Trump made millions when he partnered with Russian billionaire Aras Agalarov to host Miss Universe in Moscow.
-An attempt to build a Trump Tower in Moscow fell through before it began. CNN didn't find any projects that were actually completed in Russia
-Trump put down no money, slapped his name on a brand and claimed royalties. Drinks Americas Holdings actually made the vodka.
-Trump sold a mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, to Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev for $95 million.
-In 2008, Donald Trump Jr. said Trump's businesses "see a lot of money pouring in from Russia."
-Trump hired the law firm Sojuzpatent to file at least eight trademarks in Russia between 1996 and 2008, including "Trump," "Trump Home" and "Trump Tower."
-Trump partnered with the Bayrock Group, a company run by Soviet immigrants, and according to a lawsuit filed, financed by Russian and Kazakhstan money. Together, they developed Trump properties in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and New York.
-Trump's ties to Russia go beyond business deals. His former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, had connections with Russia that go much deeper, including to Viktor Yanukovych, Ukraine's former president who fled the country.
-Page, formerly named as a foreign policy adviser to the Trump campaign, spent years in Moscow, where he was "responsible for the opening of the Merrill Lynch office and was an adviser on key transactions for Gazprom, RAO UES and others," according to his profile on the website of his company Global Energy Capital
.

what financial ties? The ones from 2009 that Trump's audit firm said no longer exist? You;d think that the crack CNN 'journalists' could find something within the last 8-9 years...

Even your lame CNN admits Trump didn't do any projects in Russia.

And to your question in the thread title, no, the president can have no conflict of interest, neither can the vice president.

there is a reason that CNN is called the "the Clinton News Network". the left wing media in this country during this election, and currently, has been one big ad campaign for hillary clinton. the vast majority of news stories about trump are out and out slander against him because they are trying smear trump to the point where everyone believes he is such a slimy person, that no one will care if he is impeached, or what ever else the democrats have in store for him.

but you fail to recognize the fact that trump has risen above all the garbage the progressives are spewing. and the progessives have yet to realize that it is backfiring on them.
