No, Trump needs to tell people. He parades various persons in and out of Trump Tower without saying anything about it, except that whoever it is is "great". Perhaps if he had some actual communication with the people beyond 140 characters, he could explain what Harvey's bona fides are and what exactly they were trying to solve by talking together.
