Then, last Sunday evening, during the NFL playoff game between the New York Giants and the Green Bay Packers, the FBI posted on its website more than 300 emails that Clinton had sent to an unnamed colleague not in the government -- no doubt her adviser Sid Blumenthal -- that had fallen into the hands of foreign powers. It turns out -- and the Sunday night release proves this -- that Blumenthal was hacked by intelligence agents from at least three foreign governments and that they obtained the emails Clinton had sent to him that contained state secrets. Sources believe that the hostile hackers were the Russians and the Chinese and the friendly hackers were the Israelis.
This takes away Hillary's defense that classified information was not compromised through her reckless handling of state secrets.

Hillary signed an agreement when she became Secretary of State to not do what she in fact did - and it allowed hostile foreign countries to obtain the information.

We already know that Hillary had her maid (without clearance) access and print off classified information on multiple occasions.

Should the Rule of Law apply to Hillary?

Should Hillary be above the law as she is a political elite?

Should Hillary be above the law so that Trump will not have a political mess as liberals would go berserk if Hillary were to have the law applied to her.

Should more fake news about Trump be created to divert away from Hillary?

Everybody knows that every first world intelligence agency has all of Hillary's emails.

If the Russians wanted to interfere with the elections to hurt Hillary, they would have just released all of her emails.

So if a low level NSA guy who signed an agreement not to do things like the following, but then went ahead and had his babysitter (without clearance) routinely access and print off classified information and then emailed national secrets to a buddy who didn't work for the government to get advice and in the process multiple countries (some hostile) pick off the emails -- you would insist that this guy "hasn't really done anything wrong?!?!"

You would also be shocked and appalled when he faced a serious consequence?!?!

Or do you just believe that your preferred political elites are above certain laws?

So will you criticize Trump for his "reckless" mishandling of classified intelligence.

Or is it just a Hillary thing.

Trump didn't mishandling of classified information, McMaster confirmed that, or did you miss that part, or are you purposely ignoring it like all the other deranged haters?

Your polling choices are...interesting.

I'll just say that if there is evidence that she broke laws, she should be investigated and prosecuted. She has been investigated multiple times, though, and no charges were brought forward. Pending any more new evidence, I'm not sure what else you want to happen?

People just want a real investigation (it will never happen).

The House hearings last fall asking the FBI to release information on the investigation clearly showed that the FBI did not conduct a real investigation.

With all the publicly available information about the systemic mishandling of classified information by Hillary, and her staff, there is no possible justification for the Justice Department to have empaneled a grand jury, they did not.

Perhaps. I don't really care - if people want to go through this again, then let's see it. One has to wonder, though...if she really is as guilty as you think, why hasn't the AG or Trump pursued it?

I personally wouldn't expect a different outcome, though. And I'm not going to assume anything on her guilt until proven.
