So the real truth comes out.

That National Guard commander, resigned from his post. The Trump organization offered to let him stay past Nov, 20th but the General refused to do so.

WaPo was forced to change the story completely but did not state that it had done so when it incorrectly said the Commander was Fired.
This is far from the first time the paper made a big splash with a story only to quietly rewrite it the next day when it found its assertions in question. The Washington Post recently courted charges of “fake news” when it published the shocking story that the Russians hacked and infiltrated the computer systems of a Vermont power plant. By the next day, the paper completely rewrote its story, disavowing that any hack took place.
Fake News: Wash Post Changes Story on Trump 'Firing' D.C. Nat'l Guard General - Breitbart

The Trump Deranged were completely wrong yet again.

Fake news and Trump derangement syndrome are displayed daily in the mainstream media. No wonder the press isn't trusted by 2 out of 3 people in this country.

This is what North Beach Person posted twice in the other thread, but nobody was paying any attention because they were too busy bashing Trump.

Well, if they only posted real news, this forum area would have become a "ghost" area! The minute I hear "an unidentified", "alleged" and some of the other "buzz" words for "here comes a fake story", I just move on without giving it a thought!

I have noticed either a reading deficit or the inability to comprehend of those that follow the liberal agenda. One says something and they all pile on it, reminds me of a horse making a poopy and amounts to about the same!

Except the Breitbart story is incredibly misleading, as is their habit. The WaPo story says the same thing it's always said: political appointees submit their resignation, and the incoming administration decides which to accept. The Trump administration chose to let him go in the middle of the inauguration. Nothing is different.

Did you not read the OP?

That is the part they later added later (quietly) when they removed the "fired" claim.

People could just make their lives easier by posting once, "I hate Trump and plan on hating everything he does for the next four years no matter what it is."

It would not only be more honest, it would save them tons of time and they might be able to get out and get some fresh air.

One could also say "I love Trump unconditionally and hold him to nothing resembling a traditional standard". I believe that's a more common sentiment around these parts.
