Freedom of the Press doesn't mean they can go anywhere they like when ever they feel like it. When a News Media is actually caught being dishonest and attempting to Influence an election for one Political Party, like CNN did, passing on Questions to Hillary that where supposed to remain secret, there should be consequences, for this. Obama wasted no time in Sanctions against alleged interference in the election, but did nothing to a proven Interference by CNN. The Media needs to be held to a certain Ethics in Reporting if they want to Participate in the News. The White House and all of us have the right to demand ethical reporting and conduct. There is no "Right" for any News Network to be crooked and still be treated as the rest. You would be screened if you wanted to have access to the President, and the Media should be looked at to. If they don't like it, tough. There are plenty of people that would take their place.

And why? The Press couldn't stop him from being elected, and pounded him from day one. What do you think they could do now, if they didn't like him before? Make him step down? Spare us the "what he needs to do" mess. He did what he needed to do, and will be sworn in Friday. He doesn't need the Press that was Hostie and Helped Hillary.

But I'm tired of arguing. I'm getting to the point of saying let the chips fall where they may.
Do you even look up anything or pay attention to anything before you start making claims as fact? Look how many Events Trump had, with the Press there, compared to what Hillary had. She hid from the Press affraid she would have to answer questions, and may slip up and say something incriminating or Stupid like calling half the Nation Deplorables. You should be tired of arguing or spreading Fake News. You can Drain the Bathtub withut the "Baby" going down the drain too. Just watch Trump do it.

Apparently, he and you feel he can operate successfully as a lone wolf.

He can't.

Maybe if Trump had a briefing every month there wouldn't be such interest but more does not equate to better, besides these are televised. What good is having 500 people present at a briefing, do they go around the room recognizing each individual, are they going to make this an 8 hour question and answer period. The questions that need to be asked are fairly universal, adding more people doesn't add quality.
What a bunch of B.S.

You guys are PATHETIC!

Are you sure about that?
I was making the point that the press corp has access to the White House Staff of over a hundred people, before and after the press conference. If they move across the street they will lose that contact, that is what the press is complaining about. Just saying having more people in the room doesn't equate to increased transparency. I haven't heard of anyone taking issue with not having access, besides Trump or his press secretary can recognize anyone in the room.

They only thing pathetic is believing that having 500 people in a room increases the value of the press conference, why not go for 1000 as that would double the quality.

The and proven and trusted media have shown favoritism towards democracy, human rights and equal opportunity. These elements of a free society, have no place in Trump World.

yesterday i heard how free the press is in the capitol ans the white house anything goes down like a code BLUE they are there-
since the beginning of the USA the press has been biased in one way or another - beauty is in the eyes of the beholder- rem the anti IRISH reporting? and much more-
The news people need to be free --but stop acting acting as if CNN or CNBC are the only ones there!! - faux, breibart and a few more lying tongues there too -- pick your own poison!
but no news no reporting not good-
