There are only 3 people who mention Penn being an Ivy League School in this thread. OP is probably telling his/her friends in Ken-ville how awesome it is they have a president who didn't go to an Ivy League School.
Ladies and Gentleman, the reason why Donald Trump was elected President. They don't know who the real insiders are. Never even heard of Wharton before and think Philadelphia is a big ghetto. It's pretty sad.
Maybe they thought the University of Pennsylvania wasn't in the Ivy League?
I'm a native Pennsylvanian but have come across a bunch of people on travels throughout the US that somehow confuse the University of Pennsylvania with the Pennsylvania State University.
This. I'm a Penn alum and can't count the times I've been asked about Penn State football and Joe Paterno.
Don't blame the OP too much. He watches CNN and believes what they air. Sadly, not the only gullible one in this country. The left are so much into their fake news they don't even try to discern the lies. Heck, most watch Comedy Central and think it's a news source.
