I'm so surprised that the federal government has not gone after people making their own firearms?

No FFL and even a 6 year old can build.

Seriously, The only way to keep firearms from the people, is to ban metal from the people.

A kid can build a shotgun, with less than $5.

The federal government cannot regulate non-interstate commerce.

It's up to the state to regulate in-state activities.

You and I usually agree but I'm going to tell you that there are "inside the head" thoughts which should stay there and "outside the head" thoughts that can be spoken/written.

This is an example of the first. Just like various ruminations on ammunition. Which is all I'll say about that.

80% have been flying off shelves after moonbeam decided common folks shouldn't own such things in CA. CNC machines come with an application that allows each person to complete the piece by the push of a button. All completely legal.

LOL!! The 80% Billet lowers I use to use, before I started milling my own, are milled behind enemy lines, in the Communist Republic of California.

How would a law fix this? Also has it ever been a problem?

Like all gun control ideas, the only problem is the idea itself.
