As far as the transition "finishing on schedule," Trump has only managed to "fill" 28 out of the 690 positions that he needs to fill.

Clearly Pence has a different idea of "finished" than the rest of us.

"Overall, out of 690 positions requiring Senate confirmation tracked by the Washington Post and Partnership for Public Service, Trump has come up with only 28 people so far."

Are you saying his is the most expensive?

Last I heard he had raised 90M for the inauguration. His team also said they were keeping
it low-key. The tradition is that excess funds are donated to charity. If he raised a record
amount but is having the smallest inauguration in recent memory, I would expect lots
of money to be donated. I hope they have an independent auditor.

Making the parade shorter, cutting costs, how can anyone argue against this great tribute to start out right.
He should. It will make up for all those taxes he doesn't pay.

And those other charities and donations he bull-****ted about.

That's about right - Trump Has Raised More Money for His Inauguration Than Any Other President | Fox News Insider

More than any other president, and approximately twice as much as Obama spent on either of his two inaugurations.

Keep in mind that this money pays for the balls, concerts, etc.

Taxpayers pay for the security.
