Bottom line he was not working for the CIA when he endorsed Clinton. He was free to endorse anyone he chose. This was not a case of the CIA endorsing Clinton. He correctly concluded Trump will be incompetent in the area of national security.

If you read the CIA report most of it was a rant against RT news. Given Obama and Hillary supported Black Lives Matter the CIA report conviently left all mention of RT news covering that.
In video below the RT documentary has a white pastor claiming those who oppose Obama do only so because he is black? Oh snap! If RT is controlled and micro-managed by Putin and if Putin told RT to cast all critics of Obama as racists, then Obama must be working for Putin. It all makes sense now. Frankly, while did not watch the whole documentary I thought it presented some of the nuances to what was going on in Fergunson, even between the older black generation of that town and the younger black generation of that town.

On this RT program a white British RT reporter who supports Trump argues against a Black-American communist who supports Black Lives Matter. The shows RT hosts takes a neutral position between the two. But wait... Democrats claim Putin is a communist, this Black-American man supporting Black Lives Matter is a communist. Oh, it all makes sense. Black Lives Matter activists and sympathizers are all communist because the black man in the video is and Democrats say Putin is. Putin single handedly created all the black objections to police use of force, all the acrimony in the US, he has power even God Almighty would envy. He is more powerful within the US among blacks and liberals than even Obama is.
Oh, wait, RT news takes more time on Malcom X than US mainstream liberal or conservative news does. Must mean RT is promoting racism among white Trump supporters, and as the CIA says, steering up "radical discontent" in the USA. But wait.... that means Putin and Russia created the whole pink vagina caps and orchestrated the whole Million Women March. Certainly the CIA would not do any of that. Innocent saints they are.

For all we know Trump had people holding up signs when to clap or cheer for him. He had his supporters in his press conference who cheered him on when he spoke. None of us have ever heard cheers in a press conference before.
