Read your history of the Bolshevik revolution in Russia, and their rule afterward, to understand what is happening, the methods that will be used, and why this isn't going away.
I recommend general history accounts, especially that deal with Bolshevik social tactics, but I also specifically recommend the author: Alexander Solzhenitsy.
The modern tactics are largely the same as the tactics from the Russian revolution and Bolshevik rule.
And, yes, there was eventually a genocide of the Culaks and the Kossaks: the Russian equivalents of Trump supporters.
The only difference between then and now is things have progressed much more slowly, now, due to how difficult a nation the USA was and is to conquer violently. It was and is too well armed, the majority was too dominant in government and in terms of demographics, and the nation was too wealthy. These are the only factors that have kept provably murderous communists at bay, and these are the factors that they have been attempting to reverse over the past few decades.
