We will have a better idea in a year. However, my bet is that he will be a one-term President. I doubt he will be able to deliver on his "25 million jobs" promise while at the same time, repealing Obamacare is going to hurt a lot of people. That's not even mentioning what is going to happen with foreign policy. However, if somehow this magically works out, then it's possible public opinion could change in his favor.

What Democrats need to do in the event Trump is a failure is nominate somebody with mass appeal in 2020. Somebody without a lot of baggage but who can get out the vote like Obama did in 2008.

Amen. 2020 though may end up the right time to hand the reins to VP Pence.

Truman is dead. No one alive for the Dems meets the criteria above. Reagan Dems returned home in 2016 in the vital to Dems Rust Belt.

Plus, he has attention deficit disorder. Won't last more than 4 years, if that.

The only way to hand the reigns to Pence is if Trump leaves the presidency before his current term ends.

Pence would have to win the GOP nomination in order to run for 2020 if Trump simply decided not to re-run for a 2nd term. And the GOP field would likely be competitive if that was the case.

Of course as pyscho as the left has been behaving if they continue it doesn't matter who runs for the GOP they're likely to win.
What's crazy about having a peaceful protest march of over a million people, plus marches in London, Paris, Sidney, etc.?

(Your post 11/1 12:58) "Trump's going to lose. Hillary will have between 300 and 350 electoral votes.

Trump followers - enjoy this week because starting next Tuesday night, it will be announced that our President Elect is Hillary Clinton"

The Sacramento Kings have a better chance of winning the NBA finals than Drümpf winning a second term.
