The Republicans refused to vote on Obama's Supreme Court nominee. This violates the U.S. constitution.

Why are Republicans ok with this? Yet they are obsessed with the Second Amendment which isn't even part of the original constitution?

The Biden rule was to not fill a spot in a year of a POTUS election, until the new POTUS takes over.

GOP followed Joe Biden's precedent.

So Republican's follow Joe Biden now?

Can you answer the question about violating the constitution and Republicans who "love the constitution so much" being ok with it?

Then I strongly demand the Democratic Party to fillibuster all nominees by Trump for 4 years.
Shut down the government if you have to also.

Two things...

1) This is not a violation of the Constitution, and anyone who says otherwise is a moron.

2) No one actually cares about the Constitution. They may pay it lip-service when it serves their purposes, but the moment it prevents them from getting what they want, it becomes toilet paper.

If the Congress refuses to vote on a nominee, it is functionally the same as Congress voting "No" on that nominee. The only difference is a matter of perception, not function.

Theoretically, Congress could say "No" to every single nominee Trump nominee as well, for the next four or eight years. So what?

No it doesn't but I suspect you know this but for some reason you felt we needed another stupid repetitive thread.
