Children have been traditionally hands-off. And yet, some people will take cheap shots at Barron Trump just as they did the Obama girls, and the Bush twins, and Chelsea Clinton and so on and so on.
This isn't a new thing, or a specific party thing.
Is that the kid who lovely leftists tweeted things like "Barron Trump will be mutilating cats on the white house lawn in like two weeks" and "Barron Trump counting the minutes until he climbs a clock tower with an assault rifle" and "Barron will be this country's first homeschool shooter" about?

This is the third thread today on this subject, and if you read the others, you would know that most people, no matter what place they sit on the political spectrum, find picking on a ten-year-old boy distasteful and out of line.
This is not a "Liberal thing" or a "Conservative thing" there are idiots and jerks on both sides of the fence. It is absolutely off limits to attack families of politicians, but some people still do it........look at all the ugly comments about Obamas' wife and daughters. When you see comments like "Mooch", you have to consider the source.........there are low IQ people in both parties.
I say leave Melania, the kids, and everyone else but Donald alone. He is fair game, they are not.
PLEASE STOP with the faux outrage. Chelsea Clinton was mocked for years because of her looks. Sasha and Malia - who were 10 and 7 when they entered the White House - have been criticized for every single thing including their hair, their clothes, their looks, their complexion, their concert attendance, their private schooling, and their family was called a bunch of gorillas. If you say the White House has a bunch of gorillas in it, guess who that includes? Yeah, the children.
As Cantabrigienne pointed out, this has nothing to do with political ideology or party affiliation. In my lifetime (I was born when LBJ was pres), I've seen and heard members of every president's family put through the wringer.
Being crude and tasteless is, unfortunately, a common enough HUMAN trait. It is not something endemic to one party or the other. Neither party has cornered the market on being rude, and no party is totally free of rude members.
Anyone implying that this kind of nasty behavior is indicative of "ooh, those terrible liberals!" or "look how rude those Republicans are!" is simply being a hypocritical partisan hack.
