So we have a POTUS who cannot read for long amounts of time. One who only worries about size (Irish curse thing my guess). Falls for every bit of fake news and believes they are real. Does not understand foreign policy. Is being run by the gas oil party.

So its pretty scary really.

Well, it really sucked, but it's over now. Thanks for your concern as a concern troll you are very concern-y!

I wonder what educated americans are thinking. It must be terrible!

City- data politics forum, though, seems to be composed (mostly, anyway) exactly by Trump ideal voters (aka the ones Trump was sure were gonna vote for him whatever he did)

And at the moment, of course, it wouldn't be that hard to replace Canadian crude oil imports. There's a lot of oil around. The U.S. is quite adept at find oil on the open market, I think you'll agree.

The Canadians know this, obviously, although it's quite clear that not everybody who claims Canadian citizenship is so aware. (Heh, heh... )

Rest assured, of course, that the Canadians would like to continue selling oil to the U.S. Doing so benefits both nations. In view thereof, they are unlikely to stop those sales, no matter what Trump may say or do.

So...you were saying...?

The three largest oil producing nations are Saudi Arabia, Russia, and The United States. We only get 8.1% of our oil from Saudi Arabia, thankfully. 13% if you include the other Gulf nations. We get about 15% from Canada. As of now, we get no oil from Russia. If we had better relations with them, which we may, they could easily replace our Canadian oil in a day.

But that is neither here nor there. Canada will not stop sending us oil, and the US will not stop providing stability to the North American Continent.

We survived George W. Bush, but unless Americans finally wake up out of their perpetual stupor of disinformation, apathy and ignorance, I'm not sure we can weather too many storms like Donald Trump. Our democracy is increasingly in peril from megalomaniacs in government and their naive and unwitting enablers.

News story making the rounds about where Trump's evidence for believing there were 3-5 MILLION illegal votes cast against him---
A story he was told by Bernard Langer, the German golfer who lives in Boca Raton and saw Trump over the Christmas holidays when Trump was in FL--
Supposedly Trump told this story to the Congressional leader at the Monday breakfast--
That Langer went to vote and saw people in line who "certainly looked illegal" yet they were given provisional voting ballots and Langer (who is STILL a German national and thus not legally allowed to vote) was refused a ballot...
3 Congressional staffers have all said that version is the one Trump told
Over person said that Trump's version was that Langer had a friend at the polling place and told Langer about how he was refused a ballot and the "illegals" got provisionals...and Langer told Trump about his friend's experience...

But the point is that Trump BELIEVES that is proof that 3-5 million illegals voted AGAINST him to stop him from getting the popular vote...

Bernard Langer denied through his adult daughter that it happened...
Said he has no idea why Trump was using him as source of the "evidence"

Just saw on MSNBC that a Rep Lieu has submitted bill to Congress Tuesday to take the first strike authority away from President Trump unless Congress has declared war...
So Trump can't just decide to launch missiles an a whim...
Note the timing--
Monday Breakfast w/Congressional leaders who hear Trump spill this story which if Trump really was told it just proved nothing except Bernhard Langer who is not allowed to vote--was prevented from voting--ergo, no voter fraud...
But it also proves Trump has no clue about what "evidence of illegal voting" really is and puts in question ANY critical thinking skills Trump actually has and can use to filter information or just any idea that wanders through his brain...
NUT JOB!!

Things are getting very real, very quickly...

I think we can officially say Trump is nuts. His presidency is a reality show joke.
