The methods of IngSoc work just fine, no matter who is pushing the propaganda. Remember Spicer insisting he has a right to disagree with facts?

Incidentally, Orwell was a socialist. But something tells me that it's a discernment a bit too complicated in a country that just elected Trump.

its fun watching the leftists suffer.

what I don't know what I enjoy watching more. the kvetching over republican duplicity or the contortions required to bend around their own hypocrisy.

I think your best course of action is to lurch left and demand to be heard.

There should be no expectation of any rational discussions, with the simpletons who support him. The only option, is to state your opinion and ignore the mindless taunts that come back.

It would make for interesting reading, if some enterprising author were to select a dozen or so Trump supporters and profile them in a book. Their life stories might give us some insight about how they turned out to be this way and provide a guideline for things to avoid in raising children.

Comments made by Donald Trump’s adviser have been compared to the classic dystopian novel, pushing it to become the sixth best-selling book on Amazon

Sales of George Orwell’s dystopian drama 1984 have soared after Kellyanne Conway, adviser to the reality-TV-star-turned-president, Donald Trump, used the phrase “alternative facts” in an interview. As of Tuesday, the book was the sixth best-selling book on Amazon.
VICELAND

played 1984 directly against Trumps coronation , it seemed very fitting...

Kind of sad that sales surge like that for a book that every single English-speaking person with an IQ above room temperature should have read in high school.

Not exactly uncommon however.

Nicolas Sarkozy while still in office, attacked La Princesse de Clèves, the 17th-century novel that has been on reading lists for French school children for ages. Sales of the book soared immediately afterward and renewed interest remained high for some time.

Please. In all of your infinite wisdom and logic make your case.

Don't make a one liner like an idiot would. Don't be false like a moron and simply elude to a point. Be an intelligent person, make a point!

That is, establish your premise with multiple supporting statements and then build to support a conclusion.

You can do this surely? You aren't an ignorant Internet moron too stupid to even understand the words I produce and establish a valid position according to logical rules?

You aren't just an idiot one trick pony trolling are you?

I don't think you are a stupid person. Please... show us that you are not... I refuse to believe you are as dumb as dirt.

In fact, I know you are not that stupid.

So please...

Defend your comment!
