Perhaps not but it is a good thing abortion is a good thing..I think the Federal Government SHOULD have to pay it under circumstances like rape,age,whether the woman is mentally stable,whether she is on drugs alcohol,etc if she had any of these that were basically destroying her health then she should have a abortion
Once abortion is made illegal by the government, I hope we keep a good short leash on these tramps. Can't we have a government registry for all pregnancies so that the government can track all these pregnant women to make sure that they give birth? Call it the "forced birth" policy or something.
I hope you'll be tracking all these men with no morals who couldn't keep it in their pants and impregnated women who didn't want to get pregnant. Perhaps jail time and mandatory child support would be good.

There is nothing in the Constitution that covers any type of health care so it should be up to the states. If the state constitution doesn't cover it, then it should be at the county charter. If that doesn't cover it then it should be at the city charter. If that doesn't cover it then no tax dollars should be spent on this endeavor.
