Donald Trump has no problem calling Muslims who pervert the religion of Islam to commit terrorist acts as Radical Islamic Terrorists. I applaud him for that. So why doesn't Obuma or why did not Hillary do the same? And the excuse that this would "alienate the good Muslims" is hogwash! If anything the moderate Muslims who obey the law and are good citizens should be publicly denouncing any terrorist act that is committed by a radical Muslim in the name of Islam. Every Muslim's life is just made harder if the moderates stay silent.

Where are the imams in the US speaking out against terrorist acts committed by radical Muslims?
I have not seen a public outcry from the "good Muslims" such as Gold Star Father Khizr Khan whose son died for this country and who we all owe a debt that can never be repaid. And while I feel for Mr. Khan I must say he had no problem bashing Trump while waving around his pocket copy of the constitution. Spend more time Mr. Khan speaking out against those that pervert your religion! Then maybe other Muslim soldiers in the US military may not have to give their lives to fight terrorism! Have a ground swell that starts within the Muslim community!

Perhaps if the current occupant of the White House had taken the responsibility of protecting US citizens from terrorism and called out those who use a religion to commit acts of terrorism, we would have a better handle on the situation!

What is the problem calling them "Radical Islamic Terrorists?"

Because even that expression obfuscates the identity of the real men in power - names and addresses, individual members of ruling classes and their henchmen in a certain foreign country, a few allied men in nearby so-called countries, and the traitors whom they bribe in our own country - who are behind the effort to infiltrate and destroy the fabric of US and other so-called western societies for their own power and privilege, like so many mafiosi.

You see, men in power like to obfuscate because perpetual war is good business.

Obfuscatory expressions like "radical Islamic terrorism", among hundreds of -isms and acronyms and names of phantom tribes, political parties and stupid ideologies and so on and so on and so on and so on used over the centuries - will not change that, in fact it is one of the oldest tricks in the book since the year one.

Good Luck!

Is this the reverse "Beetlejuice" doctrine where you shout out "Radical Islamic Terrorism" three times and ISIS magically disappears? Not convinced at all that babbling a few words of sorcery is a more effective weapon than you know actually fighting terrorism.

Turning the conflict into a religious war, with Muslims on one side and non-Muslims on the other, is exactly what Islamic State wants to do. So why do you want to placate the terrorists?

The most important people in the struggle against Islamic State are other Muslims. To win this war, the United States needs help from Muslim-led governments in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, and from ordinary Muslims in Iraq and Syria.

Still wrong.

There are no "Muslim-led" governments, in fact there are not even so-called countries.

There are men and groups of men in power. They are businessmen. Period.

The power struggle is a business, the power struggle is personal.

Good Luck!

In 2014 in Washington D.C., a group of 120 Muslim scholars from around the world joined an open letter to the “fighters and followers†of the Islamic State, denouncing them as un-Islamic by using the most Islamic of terms.

Again, calling a boogeyman a boogeyman does not make him go away. Obama did not hesitate to order the raid that killed Bin Laden. Also, we have had no 9/11 style attack under Obama's watch.

While the Obama administration was initially too slow in recognizing the seriousness of the threat posed by ISIL, they have redoubled our efforts since then killing thousands of ISIL members and taking back significant territory from them.

The fight against terrorism emanating from the middle east will be a decades long fight. So be patient. No politician will say that but I have heard a few former generals and military historians say it. The cold war also lasted decades but we still won.

They are businessmen who also happen to be Muslim.

I don't know which is goofier:

Choosing to not use the term " radical Islam", or

Believing use of the term " radical Islam" makes a difference

This link makes clear why neither Bush 2 or Obama chose to use the term, radical Islam:

Is simple it has been explained a million times, if you don't understand is because you don't want to. Blaming the religion for terrorism reinforces the terrorists rethoric it gives them a recruiting tool and more importantly you go from fighting a group of terrorists to fighting against a whole religion. What exactly is it that you gain by doing so? What's the upside of using Islamic terrorist calling a spade a spade has very little inherent benefit.

Liberal leaders in usa & Europe got petro $$ sponsorship to spread liberalism in the west & make the native people hate themselves for their past so that when the refugee invasion finally happens, the native people are more receptive of refugees & dont protest against them for the risk of being labeled xenophobic racists. They were told to make up for their past mistakes by opening themselves up to abuse, violence & assaults because they deserved it.

The leaders got paid to keep the displaced refugees away from rich middle eastern countries. The attacks were expected so the media prepared us in advance not to protest & give up our traditions to show solidarity with the bullies. So to answer your question, liberal leaders like merkel, hillary, obama are just doing their job by being faithful to their employers. They made their liberal followers into self-loathing victims who are defending their abusers. And if a sane conservative friend tells them to leave the abusive relationship, we are labeled as haters. Europe is at a breaking point because of this but they are too weak to fight back.
