Yep. Zoe Pound. Det. Jodi Schuster of the North Miami Beach PD mentioned that on the episode "All Hell Breaks Loose". One of the Zoe Pound members, Red Eyezz, said "we don't stop 'til the cats drop". Basically "we don't stop gangbanging until we die". What's even scarier about Zoe Pound is their penchant for torture (chopping off fingers, burning people, etc). Det. Schuster also mentioned that she listened to one gang member talk about how he got pleasure from watching someone's grandmother die.

2nd reply. Listen to this guy. He admits to killing another man. He actually asked for the death penalty. And this was in Texas, which not only will use the death penalty, locks up alot of people.

Can you tell me of a city with a similar population size that does not have so called war zones, areas of extreme violence?

Chicago just happens to be on top right now, as is relates to absolute numbers.

When you look at the murder rate, Chicago does not even clear top 30:

Note that Gary, Indiana is in third place for that distinction. Much greater chance of getting killed in Gary, Indiana than Chicago.

How come Pence did not make Gary, Indiana a safe place to call home?

Did he impose the state guard? Roll in the tanks? Impose curfews? Invest in Gary? Re parent the hood rats?

He knows he's not right in the head. He knows.

I could easily become obsessed with someone like this. What was his life path that led him to kill just for the fun of it? Wiring? Parenting or other influences? Environment? Drugs? All of the above? Something else? Does Death Row give him a sense of purpose or validation?

No POTUS magic wand can fix him.

The President can't fix hood rat. This kid likely grew up in a violent home, violent environment, and learned everything about manhood from the streets. Likely, whoever "raised" him didn't raise him. The streets likely raised him. If he's asking for the death penalty, the possibility of him being suicidal might have been imminent. Suicide among Black male youths has risen rapidly. Suicide is the 3rd leading cause of death in Black American youths.
