When I was in 8th grade I had a history teacher that loved John Kennedy. Pictures of him all over the classroom. This guy would go on and on about what a great man he was. Beyond that really. I think being kids at least most of us believed it. I started talking about it one day with my parents only to find out they were of the completely opposite view. My PTA mom knew the teacher personally and didn't like him. They explained their views to me and about peoples different opinions on politics. The problem is not everyone had parents like mine. Doing something like this is crossing the line.
She's 27 year old is of the generation that was raised to believe they win everything. It really happened. My son is 26 and I remember it starting in preschool. I always thought that was funny. Kids that young don't have an attention span long enough to care about who won a game even 5 minutes ago. I thought other parents were crazy to take this seriously and turns out I was right.
War Beagle post #12 - Teach your children to be skeptical of ALL authority. They almost always have their best interests in mind when they tell you what is right or wrong. Be skeptical!
That she attended HS in Allen (upper middle class area next to Plano where a lot of professional Indian families live). & that she was knocking down 52K per year. (not bad for a 9 month gig)
I wonder if she's Hindu or Muslim (or neither)?
