Well, I have been waiting since the conclusion of the previous thread on this topic, until you brought it up again, and implied that there was nothing to worry about.
There is indeed something to worry about, and Sessions just reiterated what it was.

Yes and no. There is an Obama/Holder agreement already in place, between the DOJ and the states that have legalized marijuana.
All Trump has to do is officially reaffirm that agreement.
Without that reaffirmation, Sessions is free to keep on being the drug warrior he's always been. Because I don't see this Congress legalizing marijuana - ever.
The president said so himself. Now his AG says Congress should pass a legalization law. And finally, the potential head of the FDA is a legalization supporter.
So now what are the "Trump will outlaw pot" crybabies going to say?

It isn't the federal governments call. This has always been a 10th amendment issue, with the alphabet agency by-passing the constitution. Unlike with alcohol and the 2 Constitutional amendments involving that, to take the 10th amendment from alcohol and then giving it back, once realized more harm than good was accomplished.
