WoW!!! I love how these lunatic liberal threads pretend to proclaim greatness on their part and then quickly get slammed down by folks with common sense.

Have you libs learned nothing from the beating that Trump gave Hillary?

Want an equilvalent argument? Return back to 2009 when Obama took office with a Democratic controlled Senate and House.
Abortion has been legal for more than 40 years now, but for every single state that has made it illegal, or any attempt to make it harder for a woman to get an abortion, they get cut from federal funding. Fair? In this case, the federal government is just "enforcing" a law.
That makes no sense. Keeping and bearing arms is an enumerated Constitutional right. Abortion isn't. Plenty of cities/states make it harder to acquire/own/bear arms. For example, licensing is required, etc. So... how about we require a licensing program to permit each woman to get an abortion? You know... required education, background checks, registration of each woman's abortion/s with local, state, and federal governments, etc.

That's a good point. Californians themselves didn't want to make gay marriage legal. Prop 8 was defeated.

So, California would be a like a sanctuary where illegal immigrants could go (not sure what you mean by 'banned people')?

Many lib class of people are so out of touch that it's kinda sad. Their kind are alt right people who haven't flipped over yet.

I checked the Los Angeles threads, you and your opinion may be in the minority. Seems people are plenty unhappy with all the wasted taxes and the L.A. mayor and city council recently approving the hiring of an immigrant advocate for the illegal immigrants there.

Feds control immigration. And, it is going to be hard to deny being a sanctuary city when your mayor allowed illegals to obtain drivers licenses.

Remind us how someone gets to vote there? What's required? Hope it isn't just a D.L.

For all those folks trying to blame Trump for immigration issues, go find Clinton's state of the union address from 95' illegal immigration, NumbersUSA has a video out. Illegal immigration has been an ongoing issue for past President's. ( I am unsure of copy write, so didn't post link)

I think this is a slap in the face to those folks that became U.S. citizens the right way....legally.

Tit for tat. I'm glad Jerry Brown is not backing down from the celebrity bully.
