But the countries Trump didn't ban were responsible for 9/11. Trump didn't ban them since they're the only Middle East countries he has businesses in. We can't be having his kids getting denied re-entry back into the US after making their daddy more money over there now can we?
Good. Hopefully this is the start of this stupid order being ruled unconstitutional.
Yeah, no country should be able to deny entry to anyone who wants to enter it and of course the rights guaranteed its citizens should be extended to foreign nationals even if they're not in the country yet.
Did you say the same when a federal judge stopped Obama ordering doctors to perform transgender surgeries? Yes, federal courts trump even Trump.
I don't remember that issue. But one judge should not trump our elected president. The lower federal courts are not even a specific part of the constitution.
Actually - they can't be re-amitted until they go through a through vetting. One of the men from Iraq has already cleared vetting and on his way.
I can't help but wonder - WHY do these "green card holders that travel with their own Country Passports feel the need to escape the USA (where they have been admitted with Green Cards) and travel back to the Hell Holes they "escaped" from? WHY would they travel back to Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia or Yemen?
We KNOW that all those Countries are running Terrorist Training Camps - WHY are they traveling there?
We need to answer those questions before they are admitted back into the USA - they are traveling on Foreign Passports.
Where did you read that they had (all) travelled to their home countries?
Some were simply on vacation.
Why the rush to worst case scenario?
People really must have boogeymen under their beds.
now that the temporary inconveniences are settled, we can turn our attention to the liberal complaints that saudi and pakistan were not included. They're right. They should be.
The EO is still in full force. Just allows people in transit to move along.
In effect, yes. Indeed, once those who are here or who are already in transit are allowed in under the court's order here, the EO's impact will be the same as if this order was never written.
