It demonstrated stupidity. Anyone with half a brain would exempt holders of permanent residence status up front. And it is bad for Trump because it creates the immediate emergency that allows the thing to get quickly into court.

Face it guys.. that part was just flat out stupid and WRONG.

And now he has exposed the whole thing to early judicial review...and if they can find the right judge they may manage to shut the whole thing down...

All because they were stupid.

You are going to be dissapointed a lot. Judges are not as blindly partisan as politicians and those who root them on.

Judges hold things like precedent in high regard and are big on very narrow rulings. Of course his picks will have an impact but I think a lot of people are going to be surprised when the judges aren't as partisan as they are.

And yet the low information left will go 50 pages beyond this in celebration of the end of Trump's reign, even though it was much like Carter's ban and nothing like FDR's concentration camps.

I didn't know that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia were just liberal issues, I thought they were bases for terror against republicans and democrats alike. I'm sure that the GOP will be questioning the president regarding his actions on Monday, who knows maybe they grow some stones.

And it only applies to those stuck at airports already here. False thread, fake news by the OP. Honestly, it was the sensible thing to do.
This is the way courts work. You actually have to be impacted by the ruling to bring a case. I'm sure there will be other filings as others are impacted.

True, it's not a muslim ban.

It's a muslim/christian/jew ban. Of muslims/christians/jews who are legal residents of the US.

That's what you think.

Trump has made an absolute fool of himself in front of the entire world. He's also given the crazy type of Muslims something more to use against us. More propaganda they can pass around to their crazy friends--the kind who make bombs. You'll be laughing then too, I assume.

There is a rather large difference between fake and incorrect, this only impacted detainees and that's not fake.
