Given the chaos, rape, crime, and huge political problems that have resulted from an "open door" immigration policy of Muslims (who refuse to assimilate), why do you want to replicate the same situation in the US?
Opposing a ban on immigration from dangerous nations seems to defy common sense. Do you want your daughters raped and afraid to go outside? Do you think a massive influx of unskilled, uneducated people who refuse to assimilate is beneficial to the nation? Do you feel importing people who want to subjugate women and kill gays is a good thing?

Because we're not stupid enough to think that starving refugees are terrorists.
Because we know that refugees are heavily checked and vetted before being allowed into our society; they don't just "sneak into America, secretly get jobs, and then commit terrorism" as the lunatics on the far-right would believe.
Because we know that nearly every single terrorist attacking since 9/11 in America has been committed by American citizens that were either suffering from a form of insanity or were brainwashed by the terrorist version of alt-right media. We also know that every time a white Christian goes on a shooting rampage, it is an act of terrorism even though the media refuses to call it that.
Finally, we don't live in stupid fear of a different religion or people of different skin colors or backgrounds. We're also smart enough to know that we're all immigrants to America and that we've been down this path before regarding unpopular minorities who were going to "destroy America" if you believed the bigots of the time.
