Actually, I am stronger and more intelligent than to be influenced by what I see on Facebook. I know it's a scheme to get our attention and money.

I turn off most ads by muting them on my TV. What are they going to do with me, haul me away for doing that? Strap me to a chair and blast their ads 24/7 at me? LOL

Did anyone ever explain how Facebook was able to get them to change their vote?

Again, it is a leap on my part, but I've been trying to figure out how Cambridge Analytica could have created psychological profiles on all Americans, as they claimed in their marketing spiels. I mean, 50 million Facebook profiles doesn't add up to the 230 million profiles CA claimed. Unless, of course, you have another way to access data, perhaps from a large government database?

Also, why the heck does HUD need someone to do "audience engagement"?

Finally, it is a bit odd that his official bio now no longer shows the years at Cambridge Analytica. I had to dig down into the press releases to find it mentioned. When was that wiped from his official bio? Would be interesting to know.
I don't think it is "odd"
I think he can see the **** hitting the fan and is sweeping away any breadcrumbs that would lead investigators to him...

Likely anyone who is honest and worked at CA is trying to do the same thing--
Accentuate the positive...

Can you explain why you don't understand the principles of propaganda influence?

It’s an excuse for losing. Simple as that

I think it was RosieSD that said it is very odd the fund the Mercers founded year in and year out did so well.

The fact that it is all one big giant Ponzi that has yet to crash is feasible. Madolf ran his Ponzi for many years and no one figured it out.

I wonder if too many people pulled out of his fund at the same time whether it would all come crashing down and everyone will be asking wasn't it obviously a scam?

Of course investors with Madolf refused to believe they were scammed until after it was too late.

I don't. Please, I've asked over and over how they influenced anyone to change their vote. No one has even attempted to answer me.

Jedi mind tricks!

In all seriousness, the late, great George Carlin was right when he once said, "Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that."

Or as Forrest Gump said "stupid is as stupid does". If you are stupid enough to elect the worse candidate ever, how do you get upset when people reject her?

You forgot to add the Russians and those pesky evangelicals cared more about trying to stop the aborting of babies than the extra marital sex of one guy who said he would protect babies rather than kill until the moment of birth at demand. And in a side up fight it was him or her.
