I was clarifying the statements and bringing context in particular to the second. By looking at the Constitution, as of right now Trump hasn't clearly broken it. The issue with the executive order on the Muslim ban is that it is based on Muslim refugees from specific countries based on where they live and religion which in a way prohibits the free exercise of said religion.
Seems to me the trump EO is absolutely in line with the requirements of 8 USC 1182.

It only applies to individuals. Period. Elected individuals.
One would think President Trump would take a break from the 'Shock & Awe-ing' of the American people?
One would think the FUD tactics would cease once he became President? Campaigning on Fear, Uncertainty & Doubt may have ushered him into his new gig, however governing this way?
Why not work on gaining the trust of the American people?

The corruption and hypocrisy is evident, but it needs to manifest in to something that affects everyone first.
Some people need to be hit in the pocket book or have an issue hit directly on to their own home before they start caring about larger picture ideals
