Allahu akbar means God is great, I pray 5 times a day, so I say Allahu akbar 51 times a day. Not including other times when I am praising god... Muslims also say Allahu akbar out of fear. Not too long ago I was on a ride at the fair screaming Allahu akbar because it had my on edge.... not because I was 1 Allahu akbar short of exploding.
Not really . Could be a Muslim or it could be French nationalists. Islam does not have a monopoly on violence. They are just a prominent member of the cartel at the civilian level.

Not much is known about him yet but according to his facebook page he had liked both Donald Trump and Marine Le Pen. At this point it is looking a lot like right wing terrorism.
