Perhaps you are referring to the temporary immigration ban affecting seven foreign-States?

7 States out of the 51 Muslim-majority States is a mere 13% of the total.

Also, note that there are conflicts currently in the majority of those States.

Some were, others weren't. As far as recent AG's taking office when a new President took over, both Holder and ******** were voted on about two weeks after Obama and Bush took office, Reno was about six weeks after Clinton took office.

That's correct, an attorney, prosecrutor, and lawyers all know they are to hold abide by the law not make personal political decisions.
