They haven't gotten anywhere protesting the President, so now they're going after their own for failing to do what they think is right.

We're rooting out the establishment dead weight who have cared more about lining their pockets since the Clinton administration than fighting for the people they supposedly represent. They're the reason the party keeps losing elections.

In the small picture this is great. I support giving politicians hell when they ignore their constituents wishes. Long past due here.

In the big picture, they have to protest now because they refused to go to the White House while Obama was carrying out his wars and wheeling buckets of cash to Wall Street.

Did you not pay attention to the democratic primaries? There's was....and still is plenty of animosity between the left wing and the Clintonites.

But for the protesters it makes sense to turn to complaining to dems. I guessing in general some democrats are going to try to create an environment of obstruction. Which considering the current political power situation is not a strong position. But they can try if they wish.

Why shouldnt the people fight against anyone they feel represent their donors and not the constituents?

Neo-liberal Wall Street democrats have a substantial responsibility for the rise of people like Trump. With rapid increase in wealth and income inequality as a result of abandonment of the New Deal agenda and embrace of Wall Street, despair and hopelessness increase, and the ground is paved for people like Trump.

We are a country of 325 million people. The idea that only two views, either Republican or Democrat, represent all the people in America is absurd. There are a wide range of views, but we live in a two party tyranny that restricts the voices and choices of the American people, so we have to work within the system we have.

But who are you going to replace them with -- Keith Ellison, Sally Boyton Brown, Al Sharpton ???

Tim Ryan as head of the DNC was your chance to attract the normal people who are fleeing your party, but you passed him up...so where do you see the party heading that's going to attract normal Americans that don't want anarchy, bigotry, PC nazism, the coddling of terrorists, disrespect for law and order, and constant hate messaging?

As you point out, Ryan. Gabbard would be another good choice. Seems the (D)'s have decided to hold the losing hand.
