Not making an argument out of it. It is too broad a subject and would take 100 posts to prove its not an anecdote. That is my opinion on the level of the left's debate based on my observations. KKK members do not get on a panel on major media to debate but BLM did. That is one example. I observe the same here. There are a few leftists that are even worth debating. Its all just like drawing cartoons . They don't care ,and they know they don't care.
Liberals run on emotions and that's why they are big on individual sob stories. But only the ones that highlight their issues. Plenty get ignored, especially when it's not about a minority group or otherwise disinfranchised. That's just how they roll.
Why not? The dad had permission and his wife was having another child. You don't know the exact reasoning, nor the circumstance around why he wanted to be there for his wife.
He was obviously scheduled to come back.
I don't think the father really deserves critism here.
Oh but it's leaving out these details which makes your story and outrage not have quite as much impact. And that's what you want, right? Emotional impact. That's the left's bread and butter. Look, like another poster said, this is implementation detail and I have a feeling the left really had to dig to find this one. They thought they had a slam dunk pull the heartstrings 'what about the children' emotional appeal in this story. Point being, it's not quite as emotional once you add details. Unfortunate sure but the kid is getting treatment so in the end, that's what really matters. But by all means, continue the outrage.
Interesting. So is the southern border like a game or a lottery? You want it partially open is what you are saying? Should it be 1 in 20 gets to a sanctuary city or what? Maybe it should be a reality TV show?
The whole article is a false dilemma the boy being in the hospital is irrelevant in relation to the 7 country ban. The article tries to make it sound like they were intentionally trying to keep the parents away from the boy. No one at the airport knows the parents or their situation. It's a one in a million random circumstance Time magazine is just grasping for straws trying to push their agenda.

Even if this screw-up was unintentional, how does that make the Gump administration look any better? It screams incompetence.
Bannon was probably on his second bottle of Jim Beam when he crafted this idiotic EO.
